Hello, It's been a while! Within the past few days rAthena has gone through another round of changes and we just wanted to inform everyone on what is going on (as some of you may have noticed already). Community Participation Badges We have have been working on this for a while and decided it was time to implement our very own Awards system. It is a 'for fun' mod, similar to an achievement system, and meant to to encourage people to give back to the community. About the badges There are two kinds of badges: Normal and Unique. Normal community participation badges can be attained by everyone (shown below). Unique community participation badges are given to only a few people and typically unprecedented. Normal badges use a leveling system There are three levels: Lv 1, 2, and 3. Each level has its own unique art. E.g. "Bug Reporter" rank 1 has 10 confirmed bug reports, next rank has 20, next rank has 30 and so on. How do I obtain one There are currently two ways of gaining a badge: nominate someone (including yourself) or receive a nomination. E.g. user Bob wants the Bug Reporter badge, he has to send an application stating what award he's going for and proof that he has 10 confirmed bug reports. After it is approved, the badge will be added to his profile. The Badges Bug-related Awards: Wiki Badges: Scripting Awards: Souce Awards: Client side Awards: Mapping Awards: Spriting Awards: Paletting Awards: Arcenciel's Resignation Arcenciel decided to step down as Community Administrator as of March 2nd, 2013. He stated that he no longer has the time to perform his duties. On behalf of the staff, I'd like to thank you for everything you've done and have taken care of! Enjoy your apple. Development Archives Just a small note to inform everyone: We have recently begun to clean up our staff development forum; a bunch of topics were moved from our staff forums into the public archives (rAthena Development Archives). We would like to start becoming more transparent and allow more insight as to what goes on behind the curtains. Downloads rule change We have changed our policy on uploading sprite edits to rAthena Downloads. You can now upload any recolours or sprite edits of Gravity's sprites; meaning all those poring recolours we denied before will now be approved.3 points

Briefing & Concept Hello everyone! I have been extremely busy with custom map works these days. (I have 10+ to do right now s:). Nevermind; I'm really glad to show this one that was a request of a customer who asked it without any exclusive license. Yes, that means this map available for anyone interested for it. Well. I'm sure most of people here knows what is the UFC. If you Watch the Fox Sports every weekend, then, you must know about this westler matches. A very intense one in my opinion. About this map So, what do we have new on this map? UFC Strikeforce Arena is, a small arena designed for pvp events 1vs1, (just as the real UFC), although you can use it for more people if you want. The whole octagon was a model and the textures were made by me (although I used some metal patterns in PS and real life photos to make for example, the corner bags) The white octagon area has a trick, to be possible to iluminate it it was necessary to not make it as a model (since models can't be iluminated) so, a set of custom textures with magenta present did the trick! This arena is very nice. However, the most particular feature it has, is the TV Screen since it is Animated and it shows different images of Ragnarok and Real UFC images in different sequences. Anyone interested in this map can change those images with particular adds of his server, or, lets say: players of the month/guild of the month, top ranked players, or important server announcements. It is easy, just to replace some images file Video! ... Watch it in 720p! HD Screenshots Color Palettes Sponsored by @KamiShi Drooping Olrox Hat Sponsored by @Adel Screens are in Full 1920x1080 HD resolution. You can allways hit the image thumbnaill to check the images on full size, and check some details that can only be appreciated in HD resolution. Overview 1 Awesome screenshot comes at first! Overview 2 Another angle of the center view. Heh well that is a UFC model <3 you can always change the art but it look really nice to me, so I just added her. Overview 4 Flat view, and shows fence transparency. Detailed View 1 The arena with all the decorations. Those "corner bags" made with real ufc texturess and some editions I did. The fences, the metal octagon steps, etc. Detailed View 2 This map comes in 2 versions. One with only the arena walkable, and another one with spectators enabled. So it is up to you to code and enable spectators on this arena, here is an example of how a player can sit and look at the match Detailed View 3 Alternatively, anyone can see the matches at the borders of the arena if you want. For all for those who wonders if this is a private request... It is not. Anyone who wants this map will be able to have it. Trough rathena downloads. However, sadly I can't offer it as a free release. Since the amount of work with this one was, a lot, moreover when it has custom content that I did by myself. ... With that being said ---> DOWNLOAD LINK In any case, This is more about a showcase thread. So any feedback or rating of this arena is always welcome... Rate it! Tell me about what you think. Every comment is highly appreciated. Please, look at the video. You can only see the TV screen in action by looking at the video so as The BGM of this map that is, from the real ufc matches. Thank you guys for all your support. This high amount of maps I'm working on will be a good chance to try new concepts I have for maps2 points

As always; I love your map, Olrox! Very kind of you to release it for free, too. <: There's just this one thing, the area were the "visitors" are suppose to sit, it's kinda dark... maybe its just me though. :x2 points

Xantara's FluxCP Everyone knows of FluxCP. However, with the creation of rAthena, there became a need to support renewal changes and other features such as the new group system. This is where my Control Panel comes in. Xantara's FluxCP is a free and open source control panel to work with rAthena. Forked from FluxCP by Paradox924X and Byteflux at r1121. I will continually merge updates from the original FluxCP. Demo: http://web.artistic-coder.com/fluxcp-rA Note: this site is used to test new functionality and custom addons so it may not always be functioning properly Features The original/base FluxCP already comes with a lot of features. File Name: Pin Code Buttons and Guild Buttons File Submitter: Gnome File Submitted: 10 Mar 2013 File Category: Textures Content Author: Gnome Since the PIN Code System and I had the luxury of time to find the buttons needed by it. I edited it based on my own understand of the buttons. This is not the real translation of the korean text that is shown if it is not translated. Some FAQ's: Is this the real translation of the buttons? - No. It just my own understanding and just fit it to the screen. Lol. I'm no good at Photoshop so don't complain about it Click here to download this file1 point

possible. You can test replacing in the script all account_type by account_type_vip then load in mysql ALTER table `login` add column account_type_vip varchar(255) NOT NULL default 'NULL' after `birthdate`, add index (account_type_vip); I don't find the answer of this problem.. it works fine on my local1 point

@Soulman : Gravity has already "officialy" threatened many french private servers, even before they started to think about creating an official french server. Dunno if he's still around here, but MagicalTux (developer of Yare, Freya, and Nezumi emulators) is the best guy to talk 'bout that. I started playing RO in 2003, on a french pserv running on Aegis. It closed because of Gravity (a real threat, not a fake or a fucking joke written by a kid).1 point

OMG! I love this map. I really like how you animated the TV Cube above the terrain *o*!!! Also it really changes a lot from the old/default PVP maps...This one really have a sport feel and it is kinda dark too....It makes me think that not all the fight here are legit... ;D (Oh yes...blood and death!!) Well, all that say, I rate it 0.1 / 5, just because you added this ANNOYING PUPPET on my palette1 point

Wow. I love the animated models you made the cycled through different textures. This can be very useful for advertising purposes within a map. I like the lighting effect you setup as well bringing the focus on the center of the arena. Overall, fantastic job as always Olrox. It's been awhile since someone posted a map showcase.. I'm glad you broke the silence!1 point

It's not a huge ordeal or anything, but I can't seem to award a +1 to someone's post rep after having it "Marked As Solved". Though I'm not quite that active of this particular forum, I do find that a member's Reputation and rating tends to reflect their contributions in the community. Here, it's more of an appreciative factor than a popularity contest; it'd be nice to see it functioning correctly so as to help others build their Reputation on the board. The community here has overall been outstandingly helpful; I'd like to give them credit where credit is due. Again, this is easily a low-priority issue, so don't stress yourselves over it. Thanks for reading guys. Oh, and uh. Since I have your attention, I'll add that hotkey rich-text editing features (i.e. Ctrl B to use bold text, Ctrl I for italics, etc.) appear to be disabled.1 point

File Name: RO Seta (Crash Dump Viewer) File Submitter: jTynne File Submitted: 07 Dec 2011 File Category: Client Tools This tool was recently sent to me by a friend, that converts crash dumps/error handlers into readable content.
