  1. Title Bonus System Hello everyone, in some MMORPGs like Grand Fantasia there is the possibility of obtaining bonus/buffs from equipping Titles, now I have brought that feature to RO. Features - This modification is script-bonus based, so you can apply all bonus from "doc/item_bonus.txt". - There is a file called "title_bonus.yml" in db folder in which you can add/edit title bonuses. - All existing titles have their respective Status Icon, however, you must sync description from Lua if you edit a title buff. 2. We here at rAthena believe that the users have the right to know what our team believes this project should be. rAthena Goals: Emulation AccuracyOur top priority of this project should be put towards creating an experience that matches that of the official servers. Right now, we are far from reaching that goal, but with focus on this particular issue, and with the help of people like you, we can close the gap between the official servers and ourselves. While this may never reach 100% accuracy due to constantly changing aspects in official servers, we could definitely do better than where we are right now. StabilityWhile we continue to fix bugs and add additional new content, it is extremely important that we remain focused on creating a project you can rely on to manage itself while you are away from your server. We want you to feel comfortable walking away knowing that you won't come back to a downed server. Resource ConsumptionCode speed and resource reduction should remain a lower priority as accuracy and stability are more important than saving some memory or process time. A successful project requires this understanding. Sometimes we may improve code that we come across during fixing other bugs or re-writing sections of code, but at this time, we should not focus on finding and fixing some of the more resource consuming portions of code. CustomizationWe're "core" developers. We develop a platform for people to build off of. Out of the box, we aim to maintain parity with AEGIS, and beyond that, we will provide tools and support (as long as it doesn't detract from the core!) for people aiming to customize beyond that. Anything our users make and wish to have added to the public source also needs to be approved and improved on an individual basis. If you're looking to start up a server project which follows the above principles, then rAthena is the project for you.

  4. Revision 279 added. (2014-08-28_browedit_20_rev-279.rar) Full BrowEdit 2.0 SVN Log: http://svnlog.borf.info/browedit.log Download Link: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/uy06b3ds5r80gcb/AAAUNcW0YltlirAdan00EZvPa Edit: config.borf.json with your current RO directories. Input with your keyboard your config name once you open browedit.exe and asks for it. Your graphic card must support OpenGL 2.0+~ to run this software. Whats new: Major Update: Mirror or Simmetry at object edit mode: allows to mirror complete maps at the RSW file. Useful for simmetry maps. Experimental for now. (press M to simmetry) Major Update: Bug reporting: Extension, once you have a crash, a crashlog can be send to borf by mail. Major Update: Height edit mode: Initial work at this mode. Left click to select an amount of tiles, right click and drag to add height or decrease it. Look for the radial menu (spacebar) to find the "height edit tools option" and disable the smoothness at heights. General bugs fixed and clean ups. Introduction: We all know how great and useful is browedit these days, that it has become the unique choice at Ragnarok Mapping. We will always be thankful to @Borf, who has created this tool years ago, and now, since the past year, he has been working with a new version of it. This project replaces the old one %5Blink%5D that was the previous and Old Java version of Browedit 2.0 *which is no longer used*. This thread will have regular updates about the project. Any kind of feedbacks and suggestions are always welcome. Video: (Video pretty says all of how browedit has improved greatly) Screenshots: Features already working: Faster and more efficient, even at complex camera distances. Real-Time Rendering of Changes Made Multi Core support (before, past browedits were only for 1 core) RSM Animation Texture Edit mode *partially* Texture window list (which is optimized and loads fast) Object Edit Mode *partially* (which now, replaces object group edit mode of past brows) Rotate, Position, Resizing and multi selection are supported. Sounds Effects Some TODO: Water rendering Add Undo Structure (probably Redo aswell) Config Window Start Working on More Edit Modes. Saving. Add Skybox (a fancy feature that will add sky to maps. Probably it can be linked to fogparametertable.txt) Possible New Features: New Lightmaps Proper Lightmap calculations across models 3D RSM Models editor inside Browedit probably with animation support (/me hopes) Multi-User Share Mapping (multiple mappers could work on a same map in real time) We have to be thankful with @Borf that has been working on this project for a long time. If you have programming skills, you can be part of this project, please don't hesitate to contact me by PM. Please support the project by giving us feedback and nice or useful ideas that would make browedit 2.0 improve. Also, please avoid to report constantly bugs or glitches, one time is enough. Keep in mind this is under progress and not a release version. Motivation is always welcome. Share this project and show us your support to make it possible.

  5. Not quite sure if this would be the proper place to share this, so please feel free to move this topic to 'Other graphic releases' or wherever it might best fit, otherwise, please enjoy the RWC 2012 Maps. Obviously, these are not my creations; they are Gravity official works, but they aren't in the GRF for some reason. It only took a moment to open each in BrowEdit and save it, but if you want to download it and skip over that step, you are welcome to do that. This includes all RWC 2012 maps, 1-8, however, it appears that 1-4 are the same as 5-8. In the interest of being consistent with existing files, you get them all. Enjoy. RWC 2012 Map Pack ~Azura Skyy
