  10. I would first do what Adel said, if that doesn't work try what w0w said but save with 586 last anyways. Any custom map you make should be final saved with 586 to prevent these black spots, sometimes you can save with 620 and not get the black spots but better safe than sorry. ?
  11. This is cute, the only thing that bothers me is the weird gap you have between the news/events and the actual boarder, like there is a 'hole' or 'gap between the boarder and the actual news/events backdrop.

  13. I get what you mean now, however I meant more of like trees/bushes and stuff of that nature. I'm sure you've played league, obviously, so if you run around the map you see that there are other things going on decoration wise. I can understand leaving the other things as sprites, makes more sense, but I was speaking more on the other decorations.
  14. Seems good so far, however it is still pretty bare in the objects department, but I do notice you say it's not finished so I'll see what it looks like when it's done! I always wanted to do this map back when I mapped but I never got around to it, glad to see someone else is attempting it as well.
  15. Looks great so far, though the only thing I can suggest is to not decorate so close to the edges, I mean..don't have walkable cells so close to the edge. Because when you do, players will see the 'black abyss', you dont HAVE to do t hat, but I feel like it'll make it look better ingame. I like the big tree, the only thing I think that doesn't fit is the fountain, but thats just because...I dont like that fountain haha. Keep up the great work!
  16. Whenever you open the map in 586 what Error appears in the black box? Is your 586 possibly not reading models that your version 620 is? Let me know that. I can open your map perfectly fine in my 586, which is what leads me to believe you are missing model files for your 586 and possibly your client.
  17. I'm unsure why you'r ehaving gat Glitches, you could try final saving in 586, I dont know if that will fix the problem. I would have initially told you to re add your gat file, but you said you've done that already...so final suggestion I can offer is final save in revision 586.
  18. Can you please provide a Brow Edit picture of the gats so that we may help you better?
  19. I always keep it at 1 and i'll sometimes execute it twice, if I like how they look with just 1 ill keep it at just executing it once, if not, ill do it twice. I hope that makes sense, can't wait to see your tea room!

There is no offical model called 'arbol1' so you are missing a model, if you did not create this map yourself...I suggest asking whoever created it for you ( I hope thats the case ), for the model as you have lost it, apparently. Thats the only thing you can really do, unless you have it in some old files.
  21. How are you not sure if the map is custom or not..? I'm not asking about the model, im asking about the map itself. Edit After looking closely at the black box, it seems your map is named pal_dun, which means its a custom map. Which also leads me to believe that these are custom models.

  23. Your new map is cute, I think you are making great progress with playing with lightmaps! I do have a suggestion though, it seem that your 'main light', if you have 2, both have 'casting shadows' I suggest only 1 to cast shadows. Also, you should def smooth your shadows! You can do this by going to Generate>Smooth Lightmap! It just makes the shadows that are cast, not look so pixelated.
