Hey, guys! I am back for awhile! I had been wanting to contribute at least some of my works to RO community, but couldn't get much time to work on it so i came up with flux integrated themes from my past webs design idea as i know there aren't much free flux template released yet. This is my first time experimenting flux themes and is also my first integration. I am hoping that everyone will like it. My second release (Flux Themes). Sneak Peek: Edit: Simplicity v2.1 released! You'll find all original sprites in any data.grf. You just need some type of GRF extractor (I use GRF Tool). Wouldn't matter if you used recolours, same steps apply, really. For your convenience however, I've uploaded the Thana sprite, act and all bmps. Here you go: http://www.mediafire...lye9569l1ur8frt Let me know if there's anything else. : d1 point

You can do this yourself. It's not difficult, just takes some time. Do you have an image editing program? Something like MS Paint works too, or you can get GIMP. Since I have Photoshop, I'll just write this assuming you have PS too. : D 1. Find the original Thanatos sprite and act, then convert the sprite to .bmps. You can do this using SPR Conview. If you don't have actOR, make sure you get that too, to be on the safe side. You can find both over at: http://ratemyserver....e=download_tool 2. Open an image editing program, drag in the first frame of the original Thanatos sprite, then copy and paste the first frame of the edited version onto that. It's very likely that the colours won't match, so what you get instead is something that looks fairly different, like in this case. If that happens, there are two things you can do: --Save the colour table of the edited version, and load it onto the original .bmp before you you copy and paste. --Copy and paste the original Thanatos sprite frames into a new file. Whatever you do, remember that the first colour in any table is the transparency colour. To edit or create a colour table, go to Image --> Mode --> Indexed Color. A window will pop up, it'll look like this: Select 'Exact' in the drop down menu, then in the same drop down menu, to go 'Custom'. That'll open a new window, this one with a whole lot of colour swatches. I'll assume you want the magenta as the transparency colour, so that should be the first colour in the table as shown. 3. Repeat step two with every single frame. Make sure that the edited version of Thanatos is aligned with the original version every time you copy and paste into a new frame. Just to be clear, you need to open the first frame, then the second, the third, fourth, fifth, sixth, etc. in your program, and copy each frame of the edited version and paste it accordingly. This is to avoid having the sprite move in the act and end up looking off in-game, by the way. 4. Once you've got all that pasting and indexing done, convert the .bmps into a .spr using SPR Conview again (this time choose bmp to spr). I would leave Encode unchecked as it tends to cause odd glitches in-game. 5. If you renamed the sprite, then rename the .act of the original thanatos to whatever you named the sprite. Both should have the exact same file name. And that should be it in terms of editing. :U Hope that helped a little. Lemme know if you have further questions.1 point

Did you open the files? You'll know if you did. Basically it's item id then name, description etc. example for the num2itemdisplaynametable: ItemID#Wing# ItemID#Hat# Just follow the format? (I'm on my phone, it's hard to type.)1 point

This is of course by no means as interesting as what KeyWorld is doing with HTML5 canvas, but I thought I'd share it anyway. I've made a little demo to view SPR and ACT pair in the web browser. It's mostly a result of me wanting to learn a little Javascript and try to work with canvas. At the moment it looks something like this: You can view the current progress online here: http://www.curio.byethost10.com/spritecanvas.php (don't know how reliable to host is, unfortunately I don't have a my own web space these days) What you should see is an animated Baphomet idling a bit and walking around on the map. This is a very rough demo, and at the moment I believe it might crash if the SPR and ACT files don't load quickly enough (I don't think I handle the asynchronous execution properly yet). So if it doesn't start, wait till the page is fully loaded and refresh! The demo should run fine Firefox, Opera and Chrome. No idea about Internet Explorer. If I get around to it I'll try to expand it into an online character viewer or try to incorporate it into an online monster database. Todo: - Sprite frame scaling - Sprite frame rotation - ACT attachments (to view composite ACT frames; characters sprites with head, items, mounts etc.) - Composite ACT animations - Sub sprite RGB colour levels (only alpha is set at the moment!) - RGBA sub frame transparency (don't know how this is calculated yet as you have neither alpha values nor an indexed background colour) - Increase efficiency. Currently the SPR frame, and in turn ACT frame, is processed for every iteration, which is obviously a waste - Animation delay (currently static at 80ms) - Resolve issues with old SPR and ACT versions You may, of course, download the scripts and play around with them. They're very messy though, be warned!1 point
