  1. Borf (the author of BrowEdit Mapping Software) is in need of developers for his new BrowEdit 2.0 project. He is looking for skilled developers who are comfortable working in environments of C++, Open GL & User Interfaces to help him with his new BrowEdit 2.0 project. Please submit an application via a message to my rAthena forum name Syouji if you are interested in being a part of his team. This is a volunteered based project. 2. Revision 279 added. (2014-08-28_browedit_20_rev-279.rar) Full BrowEdit 2.0 SVN Log: http://svnlog.borf.info/browedit.log Download Link: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/uy06b3ds5r80gcb/AAAUNcW0YltlirAdan00EZvPa Edit: config.borf.json with your current RO directories. Input with your keyboard your config name once you open browedit.exe and asks for it. Your graphic card must support OpenGL 2.0+~ to run this software. Whats new: Major Update: Mirror or Simmetry at object edit mode: allows to mirror complete maps at the RSW file. Useful for simmetry maps. Experimental for now. (press M to simmetry) Major Update: Bug reporting: Extension, once you have a crash, a crashlog can be send to borf by mail. Major Update: Height edit mode: Initial work at this mode. Left click to select an amount of tiles, right click and drag to add height or decrease it. Look for the radial menu (spacebar) to find the "height edit tools option" and disable the smoothness at heights. General bugs fixed and clean ups. Introduction: We all know how great and useful is browedit these days, that it has become the unique choice at Ragnarok Mapping. We will always be thankful to @Borf, who has created this tool years ago, and now, since the past year, he has been working with a new version of it. This project replaces the old one %5Blink%5D that was the previous and Old Java version of Browedit 2.0 *which is no longer used*. This thread will have regular updates about the project. Any kind of feedbacks and suggestions are always welcome. Video: (Video pretty says all of how browedit has improved greatly) Screenshots: Features already working: Faster and more efficient, even at complex camera distances. Real-Time Rendering of Changes Made Multi Core support (before, past browedits were only for 1 core) RSM Animation Texture Edit mode *partially* Texture window list (which is optimized and loads fast) Object Edit Mode *partially* (which now, replaces object group edit mode of past brows) Rotate, Position, Resizing and multi selection are supported. Sounds Effects Some TODO: Water rendering Add Undo Structure (probably Redo aswell) Config Window Start Working on More Edit Modes. Saving. Add Skybox (a fancy feature that will add sky to maps. Probably it can be linked to fogparametertable.txt) Possible New Features: New Lightmaps Proper Lightmap calculations across models 3D RSM Models editor inside Browedit probably with animation support (/me hopes) Multi-User Share Mapping (multiple mappers could work on a same map in real time) We have to be thankful with @Borf that has been working on this project for a long time. If you have programming skills, you can be part of this project, please don't hesitate to contact me by PM. Please support the project by giving us feedback and nice or useful ideas that would make browedit 2.0 improve. Also, please avoid to report constantly bugs or glitches, one time is enough. Keep in mind this is under progress and not a release version. Motivation is always welcome. Share this project and show us your support to make it possible.

  3. Xantara's FluxCP Everyone knows of FluxCP. However, with the creation of rAthena, there became a need to support renewal changes and other features such as the new group system. This is where my Control Panel comes in. Xantara's FluxCP is a free and open source control panel to work with rAthena. Forked from FluxCP by Paradox924X and Byteflux at r1121. I will continually merge updates from the original FluxCP. Demo: http://web.artistic-coder.com/fluxcp-rA Note: this site is used to test new functionality and custom addons so it may not always be functioning properly Features The original/base FluxCP already comes with a lot of features. Here I will only highlight those that came after the fork. For a full list, click here. Updated Ragnarok Data Full Birthdate Functionality Working GM Group System Mob Skills SQLized Zeny Log Page Specific Item Drop Rates Toggle for Pre-Renewal or Renewal SQL Data Alchemist Ranking Blacksmith Ranking Paginated Item Shop Character/job images (static) WIP Account management system (link one or more in-game accounts to one CP account) Queued Accepted Suggestions (have suggestions? post them here!) If you have a feature already coded that you would like to share, please do send a GIT pull request or send me an SVN diff of the work - I'd love to take a look at it! Please note that working on this open-source project will furthermore serve as a learning opportunity for me. If you find that I've implemented something that could be improved, I urge you to let me know - your knowledge on this subject would be greatly appreciated! Like my work? Rep up the topic first post

  4. Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/OlroxMaps 1. Concept Hello everyone I have been kinda absent by a lot of things happening on my life. But I'm back to show some of the work I'm working at this moment. This was the sketch of this work. Just a small area to warp players to each WoE castle. Customer was very specific to create the map exactly as how he drawed it, which means, it was necessary to create and designing it. 2. Features New features on this map: The main platform and bridges were modeled and texturized by me as low polygon models. Thanks by a digital tablet someone gave me I could add more shadows, occlusion and other things to my models, which increased the quality of them. The hands were modeled and texturized to have that rock style. The position was possible by rigging the model and adding the proper bones to the anatomy of the hand so after that, the position was easier. The emperium shards are looping as a floating animation. The purple sky effect gives a more epic style to the whole area. 3. Video *watch in HD 1080p* Please I suggest you to watch the video. This map comes with animation that you can't see on SS. 4. Screenshots To be added soon Comments are always apreciated. Thank you in advance

  6. rAthena\db\import rAthena\conf\import You use these two locations to save any changes to your server(excluding source changes and NPCs) that way you don't lose any information when you upgrade. Can you find me a tutorial on how to use those? I can't seem to understand how should I input the settings there, does it read import first? also I used your data and now my inventory is HUGE xD what should I do? errors are gone though, thanks! You need the msgstringtable.txt. This needs to be where-ever you have your client reads first. Using the imports are pretty simple. You just say create a change such as this: //rathena/battle/exp.conf // Rate at which exp. is given. (Note 2) base_exp_rate: 100 // Rate at which job exp. is given. (Note 2) job_exp_rate: 100 If you changed the experience, you would take "base_exp_rate" and "job_exp_rate" then put them in the rAthena/conf/import/battle.conf base_exp_rate: 10000 job_exp_rate: 10000 Updating the SVN will fix the [Warning]: Found packets up to 0x70000, ignored 0xA00 and above. [Warning]: Please increase MAX_PACKET_DB and recompile. [Status]: Done reading '983' entries in 'db/packet_db.txt'. [Warning]: Found packets up to 0x70000, ignored 0xA00 and above. [Warning]: Please increase MAX_PACKET_DB and recompile. errors ? Yes it should

  7. I don't think is an error, it asks for the configuration file name, which you have to input the name of the file you edited, it would be: config.borf.json

  13. Seems like bad Luafiles that you've downloaded and you should also upgrade your revision to 17704 or higher. Theres a link in my signature called "Up to date Data" that has all the correct lua files.

Its a simple middle prontera edit as well as a vending map to go along with it. Now for the Vend Map It was made to mimic this prontera style.
