  1. File Name: Hallow Town File Submitter: Chemical Crush File Submitted: 08 Aug 2013 File Category: Maps & 3D Resources Content Author: Chemical Crush Hiya! This is my Hallow Town map I had created a while back, i figured i'd add it to the official downloads section of rA. It was originally created for an event type map for Halloween. Though you're, of course, free to use it for whatever you'd like. I'd prefer you give credits and stray from making changes, but you're more than free to make changes, just remember to credit me please. Click here to download this file

  2. Title: Eden Release Author: jTynne - [email protected] Background History: I originally created this region as the starting town for the second version of UtopiaRO. As the server is no longer online, I've decided to make these a public release. This package includes 44 Monster Sprites (Recolored), 1 Town Map, 1 Indoors Map (spl_in duplicate), 3 Field Maps, 1 PVP Map, 4 Dungeon Maps, Monster Coding (Stats/Skills), Spawns, Warp Portals, and Map Flags. Donations can be made via Paypal to : [email protected] This release is intended for pre-RE servers. You will need to adjust the experience and monster stats before using it on a RE-based server. You can see the maps in action below: http://www.jtynne.co.../packages/eden/ Download: http://rathena.org/b...eden-by-jtynne/ Thank You! The individuals listed below have sent in a donation as thanks for this release.

  5. Heyho, I stopped my work on any ragnarok server. So this is a small farewell gift. This small scripts can be used as Cronjob (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cronjob) to decrease you administrative work. You normaly just have to change the config variables. Script 1: Auto RO server restart when crashed (should be started via cronjob every 5 minutes or less) #!/bin/bash ###CONFIG START### SERVER_USER="foo" PATH_TO_RO="/home/bar/rathena/" ###CONFIG END### ERROR=0 if [ "$(ps auxf | grep 'login-server' | grep -v 'grep')" == "" ]; then ERROR=1 fi if [ "$(ps auxf | grep 'char-server' | grep -v 'grep')" == "" ]; then ERROR=1 fi if [ "$(ps auxf | grep 'map-server' | grep -v 'grep')" == "" ]; then ERROR=1 fi if [ $ERROR == 1 ]; then su $SERVER_USER | $PATH_TO_RO/athena-start restart fi Script 2: SQL Backup (should be started every day) #!/bin/bash ###CONFIG START### PATH_TO_BACKUPS="/home/foo/backups" DB_HOST="localhost" DB_USER="foo" DB_PASSWORD="secretpw" WHICH_DATABASES="ragnarok" USER_NAME="foo" USER_GROUP="bar" ###CONFIG END### find -P $PATH_TO_BACKUPS -maxdepth 1 -type f \( -name '*.sql' \) -ctime +15 -exec rm {} \; mysqldump -h$DB_HOST -u$DB_USER -p$DB_PASSWORD --databases $WHICH_DATABASES > $PATH_TO_BACKUPS/$(date +%Y-%m-%d).sql chown $USER_NAME:$USER_GROUP $PATH_TO_BACKUPS/$(date +%Y-%m-%d).sql Script 3: Logs -> History DB If you have the logs and ragnarok tables in the same database, you can may think of archive some of old logs to another database. (should be started 2 times a month) #!/bin/bash ###CONFIG START### PATH_TO_RO="/home/bar/rathena" DB_HOST="localhost" DB_USER="bar" DB_PASSWORD="secretpw" DB_RAGNAROK_DATABASE="ragnarok" DB_LOG_DATABASE="ragnarok-log" ###CONFIG END### mysqldump -h$DB_HOST -u$DB_USER -p$DB_PASSWORD --compact --no-create-info $DB_RAGNAROK_DATABASE atcommandlog branchlog charlog chatlog npclog picklog zenylog > $PATH_TO_RO/temp.sql mysql -h$DB_HOST -u$DB_USER -p$DB_PASSWORD -D$DB_RAGNAROK_DATABASE -e"DELETE FROM atcommandlog WHERE 1=1; DELETE FROM branchlog WHERE 1=1; DELETE FROM charlog WHERE 1=1; DELETE FROM chatlog WHERE 1=1; DELETE FROM npclog WHERE 1=1; DELETE FROM picklog WHERE 1=1; DELETE FROM zenylog WHERE 1=1;" mysql -h$DB_HOST -u$DB_USER -p$DB_PASSWORD -D$DB_LOG_DATABASE < $PATH_TO_RO/temp.sql rm $PATH_TO_RO/temp.sql (before you start this script, you should insert a structure only dump into your history database) I hope this may help you and the config is understandable. Greetings, Loki1991(before you start this script, you should insert a structure only dump into your history database)

  6. Thank you very much. I know about the images for the navigation but I didn't want the sidebar crowded a bit with monster images etc. Thats why with my next design I made the lovely navigation the same as every other design... in the middle. Lawl xD Heh, if you know a lot of better "popping" fonts, gimme plox <3

  12. Sure it is. prontera.gat,150,150,5 script Men In Black 811,{ if(getgmlevel()>=99) { mes "[Men In Black]"; mes "Hello, Mr. GM, Would you like to change the password?"; next; if(!(select("Yes:No")&2)) { mes "[Men In Black]"; mes "Alright input a new password!"; next; input .@lb_pass$; mes "[Men In Black]"; mes "Password successfully changed to ["+.@lb_pass$+"]."; set($lb_pass$,.@lb_pass$); close; } } mes "[Men In Black]"; mes "Enter the password."; next; input .@lb_pass$; if(.@lb_pass$ != $lb_pass$){ mes "[Men In Black]"; mes "Incorrect password."; close; } mes "[Men In Black]"; mes "Correct password, teleporting to the map.."; close2; warp "Prontera",180,150; end; } Just use a constant global variable which is alright for small things like this. Also your error is coming from: if(@lb_pass$ != 123456){ You're comparing a String variable to a constant Integer. Should be: if(@lb_pass$ != "123456"){

  15. Sorry for having left you waiting for so long. I have had (and I'm still having) a few issues with university, it's taking most of my free time away and I can't do much about it. I haven't been able to develop the GUI version yet, but I am releasing the commandline version now. It should be considered a beta product, since it really doesn't do much apart from the conversion routine. Not many checks or anything, so it might just randomly crash without giving any helpful information. Just don't use Bink1 textures and it should work fine. Please, if you encounter any error, include the gr2 file you were trying to convert in your post (or PM it to me). Download link: http://www.ricky92.c..._21_ricky92.rar Password is "www.ricky92.com" As a side note, I just wanted to say that nobody donated except for Olrox (whom I thank for this), so you don't have to worry about me going on vacation or things like that. I'm not doing this for money, or I wouldn't have released it for free, don't you think?

  16. On a script, you can put only one OnPcLoginEvent... not only for semantic reasons. I'm not sure if there's actually a limit of this rotule usage, but nothing seems to cause crash in your script. And if you mute a character, it wont be able to run script atcommand, and your 'atcommand "@unmute "+strcharinfo(0);' will turn useless. Everyway, there are a lot of optimizations to do in this script. Check out my methods: 1. Create a not-so-gentle group in groups.conf with the following atributes: { id: <your choose> name: "pwd_group" inherit: ( ) leve: -1 comands: () permissions: { disable_commands_when_dead: true } }, 2. Add this block-action script part at the beggining of your script: set @old_group,getgroupid(); atcommand "@option 1"; atcommand "@hide"; atcommand "@adjgroup <that choose>"; This will block: • Movement; • Commands (Alt + M @Go shortcuts); • Hability to Drop/Trade items; 3. Optimize your script (I'll help you in this further ahead...) 4. Add the limits reversion if the player matches the pass: atcommand "@option 0"; atcommand "@hide"; atcommand "@adjgroup "+@old_group; Quite complicated, isn't it? I had bad times programming segund-password systems... long time ago. To end, you can change this switch(select("Blab:La")) { case 1: case 2: } To this if(select("Blab:La") == x) { dothis } else { dothat } I apologize the oversized reply.

  17. The project is not dead, I'm sorry. I haven't been able to work on it much, and, quite honestly, I had almost forgot about it. The converter is working (at least I hope), but it can just convert one file at a time, and it is still full of memory leaks. I will need just a week or so to tweak it and maybe make a graphical interface for it. In the meantime, if anyone wants to donate for my work: I've put a lot of effort into this converter, and I will offer it free of charge. Any donation is greatly appreciated.
