I was hoping I could post the topic under the renewal discussion but since I don't have access to that I'm wondering if there's a list going of whats completed mechanics wise as well as quest wise similar to the Script Dev. Tasks that was on eathena. The reason I'm wondering what is completed I have some scripts which if they aren't already finished might help the progress they were done by our developer Dj-Yhn. And script wise i'm talking about the quest for the warlock skill books as well as the ultimate book of comet. But either way it would be great to know what is finished and what still needs to be worked on.

This is a development branch that replaces the rAthena script engine with a Lua script engine. The commands have been written, the NPCs have not, and some functionality must be completed. This project is based off the old eAthena project found here: http://eathena-proje...l/DracoRPG/lua/ I just happened across this one day and decided I would make an attempt at finishing it, and props to everybody who worked on it.

  3. Jesus...has it really been 4 years since I left the RO scene? Oi! First, kudos to the rAthena team for making the difficult decision to make the move. I wish you all the best of luck in pushing forward with this project and renewing it. Also, THANK YOU for updating to the new IPB! I love it! I haven't gotten a use for mine recently since we closed our server and RUNE. So what's been going on? For me, life has been so busy! I graduated college two years ago, which was initially the thing that made me leave. I went for design so it was pretty difficult. But, what do you know, I'm not even working in the design field. I moved down to California and now work for a free to play game company which licences primarily Korean games. Started out as a GM, but have worked up to Associate Producer (meaning I work more with the developers than the players). Luckily, I have some freedoms in the game that I did in RO...primarily the ability to color things which I so love to do ;D Unfortunately it's 3D models, which I still don't know how to work with other than coloring textures...but I plan to learn! Anyway, it's been a wild and fun ride so far. If you remember Rico/TheUltimateEnd, who was previously my boyfriend...well we actually got married last year ^^ It was about time, right?! And in October we adopted two beautiful kittens <3 Sadly, my work takes up almost all of my time, and I have almost no time for side projects This means there's still not really any time for RO. However, my one major ongoing side project is cleaning up and organizing my hard drives...because there's a lot of old files and duplicate files laying around on them. First priority related to that is my Ragnarok files! Once all of those are organized I can re-release my work, and possibly release the things I had not yet released. We'll see when the time comes. If there is one thing I do still have plans to finish...it was my fixed sprites and palettes for them. Due to the disorganization of my files, though, it will have to be restarted nearly from scratch. I'm up to the challenge (especially since it wont require new creativity)...but it's gonna take a while xD Anyway, that's what's been up with me. I do miss the RO community from time to time, and came to visit eAthena occasionally, but I guess this will be my new home to return to. I look forward to seeing the community strive (and seeing the new graphics work that may appear here...instead of the bumping of very old topics). Hope everyone is well!

  7. alternate way... Recompile it with higher value src/map/pc.h #define MAX_PC_BONUS 10 but i not sure will this be a good way for your server..... use at your own risks

  10. The one you get off the SVN is not compiled. You have to compile it yourself. http://rathena.org/wiki/Compiling Follow the directions under Vision Studio.

  11. 30095 has 10 bSubele effects. If a player equips THAT that item, and ANY OTHER item with a bsubele effect. The error will occur. Is it really that hard to understand? You cannot have more than 10 bSubele effects equipped on a player at any time, just like the screenshot says.

The datatextureÀ¯ÀúÀÎÅÍÆäÀ̽ºcard.bmp thing for the image card[the image you see when you press in the magnifier after right click a card] is on the grf even if it works by creating a folder where your ro is installed and add a card.bmp file. Not sure on the file size but I think they work as the emblems - follow the standard format or they won't show. How to add a card as a simple guide is: - add item in item_db2[follow the format in the file] - name to show in game added in idnum2itemdisplaytable[format - idofcard#Name_Card#] - info showed in the right click added in idnum2itemdesctable[format - idofcard# *insert lots of letters and numbers* Class :^777777 Card^000000 Compound on :^777777 Name_of_place to equip^000000 Weight :^777777 1^000000 #] - name of the pic to load added in idnum2resnametable[format - idofcard#name_of_the_file_that_has_the_pic#] - carditemnametable with the id of it only so it exists[format - idofcard#] - add the name of the prefix of the card if you want to show a prefix when equipped to a item in cardprefixnametable[if you use prefix, you can't use postfix][format - idofcard#Name_of_Prefix_as_Super Pinguin of Doom of#] - add the name of the postfix of the card if you want to show a postfix when equipped to a item in cardpostfixtable[if you use a postfix, you can't use a prefix][format - idofcard#Name_of_Postfix_as of Clusterfuck O'fobic Plan] I think it's something like that ._.   15. After joining rAthena's project, I quickly decided it was time to start releasing the horde of things I'd made over the years. As such, I started uploading my content to the rA forum, but after the downloads section was taken down for upgrades (and my original uploads erased..), I decided it best to simply host everything locally on my own site. A few examples of things you can find on my site: Rucksacks by jTynne: My first ever attempt at spriting! Many thanks to NekoV/Saki for helping me figure out the .acts for them! Eden Release: Contains numerous monster sprites for three field maps and three dungeon maps, along with all their coding, spawns, warp portals, and more. This was originally released for UtopiaRO v2.0, but is now publicly available as that server is no longer online. Helheim Release: Contains a town, three field maps, 2 event field maps (used for PK PVM), 1 dead branch arena map, numerous monsters (with full data), warps, spawns, and more. This was originally released for UtopiaRO v1.0 as an extension of Niflheim for Halloween in 2010. It expanded from just a town and two field maps, to all that is in this package. Among other things, such as my 100 mob sprite recolors, scripts, and more coming soon! And the best part? It's all free!   17. Descripcion: Cambia el look de tu clase (2da/avanzada) a 3er clase. Ejemplo: Necesitas ser 250 de base y 80 de job para poder realizar el cambio. High Priest > Arc Bishop Si quieres cambiar los valores de 250 como requerido de base, o 80 de clase. Simplemente edita estas lineas: set .@bbll,250; //Nivel de Base para poder usar este NPC. set .@jjll,80; //Nivel de Job para poder usar este NPC. SCRIPT: 3rd_jobs_master_es.txt edit: me acabo de dar cuenta que esta linea no sirve para nada, es algo que use para test. OnPCLoginEvent: set thirdspr,0; solo borren el set thirdspr,0; aunque enrealidad es la misma..si lo hacen o no asi que no se preocupen!
