If you don't want them to use bad words in your server then please, diff your client so that it wouldn't ignore manner.txt, then enlist the words that you don't want your players to be using.

How much memory(RAM) do you have? I had a somewhat crappy VPS and everytime I @reloadscript, it would disconnect the server due to the memory being low.

Harmony isn't easy to bypass, unless you use incorrect settings. For instance if you set GRF Encryption to off, then players would be able to 0 sprite. Other than that, it'll tell the user who's hacking that there's a modification to the client and it'll also send it to the Harmony Control Panel with the account id and character name. Overall I'd go with Harmony.

You should seperate your host and website. It's a bad idea if you're going to use the http://175.136.176.212/index.php permanently. I suggest you use it temporarily up until you get the funding for a web-host/domain.
