Ok so I have this script already for my server. http://www.eathena.ws/board/index.php?showtopic=242306&hl=mission+board But, I had a new idea in mind for this mission board, kind of like a remake if you will but my style of course. Pretty much the question is can this script be made so that it does these things Automatically sets/refreshes daily jobs using the random variable When a player chooses a job either by himself or as a party leader, the job becomes inactive from the board.(Or disappears from board) Globally announces when a player has taken a job from the board and whether they have failed the job or finished the job.

  5. Title: 4vs4 Team PVP/GVG Gateway Author: jTynne - [email protected] Version History: v0.1 (Beta): December 7th, 2011 This is the unoptimized release of a 4vs4 Team PVP/GVG Gateway script. Features: Allows players to join one of four teams with four players per team within 30 seconds of the first person signing up. After all four teams are filled, all 16 players are warped into the PVP/GVG arena (guild_vs1) in their appropriate corners to duke it out. Important: Future revisions will have additional features.   6. they'd be able to do a high variety of things, they could have stopped botting, they could have made clients a pain to be used by us, emus, by randomizing their packet table on every client update or so, they could've done much more including what you suggest, but they don't seem to care.

NOTE: For those who don't know yet, but I unofficially continue Zackdreaver's Renewal Translation Project and I'm pretty much stopping with NPC scripting so I can focus on that as it's a better project to help the community. You can expand the NPC to contain as many required items as you wish, just keep adding entries to the arrays. I also have a version that doesn't require the input of item names. This version however I don't have laying around because the servers I have used this template on often have strange names for items in their item_dbs. I can recode release this version if requested.   14. D'aww, thanks CC! Yeah, I'd rather see my past creations live on than stagnate in a folder on my external hard drive. I do so hope others make good use of things I worked hard on in the past. I have other things to release as well (the event maps that go along with Eden, scripts out the wazzoo, etc). I hope Saki allows me to release her Chess sprites and the fairie NPCs she made for this region, but if not, I still have lots more stuff to dish out as freebies. >.<

  15. Depends in where exactly you want "market" to be displayed. You could just change it in msg_athena.conf. 956: %s :Trading: %s to 956: %s :Market: %s And it will display same as in the picture in the first post. Just with the word "Market" instead of Trading. Now if you want to replace everysingle code, which is pointless since you're not gonna display the code. You can simply edit it, just make sure everything fits well

  16. this event....work like this... when the game start... there will be a random spot where the "Circle" will be shown ( Ground Effect ) All players have to do is..get into the "Circle" and stay inside for awhile... if players failed to get inside the "Circle" ....mean...the players lose in the Event..and will be warped out... @Goddameit.. it seem like currently this event only benefit for those have skills like Body Relocation , high jump , shadow jump , etc. ?? it might be unfair for the rest users who unable to walk through the area within a short time.. ^^

  17. Mine, because just 'gay' or 'puff' wasn't quite homosexual enough. It's a gay within a gay (kudos to anyone who caught the innuendo there). It's gayception. The ultimate of gay. Actually it caught on because I used to be Sunpuff, but due to my flamboyant nature and disregard for gender, it ended up as Gaypuff. But I like the gayception story better.

  18. Interesting, I don't see the harm in allowing multiple auto-loots. One I designed a while ago for Project Odin used the following format: @alootid -- list all current autoloot items and show the options (below) @alootid reset -- clears all autoloot items @alootid +<item id or name> -- add an item to the autoloot list @alootid -<item id or name> -- remove an item from the autoloot list I think definitely having a +/- or add/remove option would be an awesome idea, to add more flexibility. Or even just retain that @alootid <item id or name> adds to a list, while @alootid remove <item id or name> would remove it. Thoughts?

  20. I think the author should post first what does the tool do for now, it's kinda confusing and frustrating reading those features and then find out that the only thing it can do for now is open a .grf file.
