the client doesn't lunch if you have too complete kRO data or incomplete kRO data
delete / backup all of your dll files then extract dll and the setup

Also rename your server client exe. (For examle yourserver.exe)
This happens when copying textures or things from other maps via Global Height Edit! Clear the lightmap on the map giving you the error. This should fix the problem.
