Palette & Hairstyles Client 2017

I wonder if anyone has already got or found the solution to the error of the 2017-06-14 Palettes and Hairstyles client that presented error in the game and closed.

PS¹ The pallets are working, the game does not make a mistake, I tested with the Kamishi palette pack, it's only giving a mistake in hair styles when it exceeds 29

well i think increase you max color via conf > battle > client.conf

there are already set the numbers of hair styles and colors correctly

the problem is in client hexed, I want to know if someone has already found the solution to correct the hair style error that is no more than 29

well try to use nemo and enable increase pallete style there im not sure if its said increase pallete color style but better to check it maybe its disable

 

last option if its still not working get a latest pallete download for styles

 

or some one already know about this

Asked this in discord before, custom palettes above 29/33 doesn't work. If you want to make it work you need to buy it from authorized palette maker like kamshi if im not mistaken.

I have been trying to investigate this myself but unfortunately so far without desirable result.

Hoping for @NeoMind to return from MIA, he'd be able to assist.

from what i've know 2017-06-14 client can't use hair style bigger than 29.

I think the problem is client protection, but i don't know which part, because with nemo could increase the hair styles limit.

i tried this... in my test server i can use 54 hairstyles... with 2017-06-14b. but in my online server... i can't use more than 29. wtf!

I solved the problem. Needed to edit this file:

conf/import/battle_conf.txt

Just change the number values to the max amount of hairstyles, hair dyes or cloth colors as you want.

//Additional hairstyles and dyes
max_hair_style: 100 /*<--- This */
max_hair_color: 120 /*<--- This */

hi, i have rathena yr 2017 may problem is same.. but whn i open my rathena/conf/import/battle_conf.txt

txt is blank,, i try to copy this

max_hair_style: 50
max_hair_color: 120
max_cloth_color: 255

but not working..

someone can provide the full data of athena/conf/import/battle_conf.txt
