Are you so ignorant that you can't realize it's only natural that both emulators will try to develop the same features, which happen to be embedded into the same client we both use? Besides that, it's open source and I cannot count the times Hercules merges things from rAthena and gives no credit. See: Dorams. rAthena doesn't throw a fit every time this happens. I'd expect you to do the same.

A lot of work was put into this one by way too many people, so I figured I'd showcase it! A huge thanks to @Luxuri, @Tokei and to my brother. Without them, this script would never have been made. Lux made the maps, my brother came up with a lot of the core concepts, and Tokei handled logic, optimization, and just flat out made things work. Without further ado, here's Min's video on it! You're also invited to just hop on the server and play through it! There's a few pre-reqs to start the quest, but it's not level locked, so anyone can play it. :] Hope you guys enjoy the video!

Depending on your client you might need to replace <ITEMLINK> in your script with just <ITEM> Some clients don't support the feature.

This is so confusing. Which script and or feature are you specifically referring to? The client one? A custom script? If it's a custom script, please post your full script for us to be able to help you with your problem. :]

Castle Manager In celebration of rA's movement into a new era of IPS4, I decided to finally make a new release. It's nothing too fancy, I just got tired of manually rotating castle ownership every time I rotated WoE castles. Whipped it up tonight, if you've got any suggestions feel free to post 'em! I set the permissions for GM 99 only, you guys are welcome to set separate ones per section. Some people might decide to let normal players see the guild data. Oh and a shout-out to @Euphy, as I used his WoE controller as inspiration, and copied the arrays from it. Edit: Added a new version already at @Emistry's request. You can now modify a castle's data one value at a time.

I've also personally used IPS4, and it's been great. Not only have I had close to zero issues, but it runs amazingly. As Aleos just mentioned, the current forums are extremely buggy from years of adding, removing, and modifying things. Your lack of faith is surprising and I have no idea where it stems from. Then you start bringing in completely unrelated points: The last downtime you mentioned happened before the change in administration, and Aleos has been extremely active since taking up the position. Not only that, but the market place was removed due to a huge controversy regarding the payouts; I'm frankly surprised you're either unaware of it or pretending to be so. While I do agree that rAthena could be doing a better job at community building, I do not see how that affects this decision in any way, shape or form. Make suggestions, write 'em out, post 'em on the forums. I'm sure the staff and community will be glad to hear you out. But do it with time to spare, under the discussion forums, not as a last-minute reply to an announcement. And this isn't me replying as any sort of authority figure, this is me replying as a standard member of the community who would also love to see it grow and prosper.

Thanks for the shout-out! This upgrade has definitely been a long time coming. I'm glad to see rAthena moving into the next stage and ditch the buggy IPS3 add-ons that have been slowing the site down for years now. Excited to see the changes take place! IPS4 is pretty sweet.

That's quite the shitty attitude in the last few posts. Though I also would love to hear from curiosity, there's no point in trying to pressure him, and RO is alive and well.

I highly recommend not using either of those. Learn to use a non-RO hosting, it's not that complicated, and it's much safer, cheaper, and efficient. I personally use https://www.ovh.com/us/

It'd help if you posted the actual script, not just a screenshot.
