So no conflict with your own modifications. The aim is to increase the quest's interest in Ragnarök, by instancied quests, animated NPC, a true scenario, exploration of new horizons ... Created for a party of 4-5 players, you can't do it alone, it's more like a basic RPG. The Continent of Arsinoé is a single scenario with various quests. You have Four independant campaigns : The Goblin King, UnderWorld, Sidon and The Rana's Empire where you are leading an army in a succession of instances in differents battlefields. Schallmar Islands Presentation : It's a new stand-alone, independant and complementary with Arsinoé : Aerie's Tears [Main Topic]. I've made this time a gameplay who is like a Zelda : The WindWaker, oriented single player / small team for some quests. You must meet the Brittany Compagny in Tantale Island for start the scenario. This is the first part of the adventure who contains : - 75 Maps - 80 New Mobs - 50 New items - 20 Quests _________________________________________________________ ~ Downloads ~ You need the map-pack and need to get the svn with scripts and data files. Also avaible BGM pack : ~ Schallmar MapPack : Version 2.00 ~ Schallmar BGMPack : Version 1.00 ~ Scripts svn adress : http://aerie-pinkpan.../svn/Schallmar/ _________________________________________________________ Story : This is the 8th episode, called Schallmar Islands who takes place in the southern sea of Arsinoé. The adventure begins in the Tantale Island (if you got Arsinoé : Aerie's Tears too, you can choose what compaign vou want), then you can sail threw seas of Schallmar. The story is an investigation about Grey Magius who is an illegal Society of Arcanes who try to raise Fenrir for the Ragnarök, Shandalar is their Chief. Gameplay : So I've tell that I've made something who borrow many aspects of Zelda : The WindWaker. You can sail threw water (Really in the water / No sprite Boat avaible for now) and you get your original form when you are in land. You can direclty trasform yourself in harbors. You got many small islands to explore, quests, collecting items, secret caves, treasure maps, found items in the sea with your boat ... - Pirates Attacks on the sea and in some towns. (No monsters in normal fields when you are sailing.) When a player is attacked in the sea, he is warped in a special area (boat or under the sea), others players can help me during the attacks and be warped near him. When the fight done, you can return to your initial position. Same princip for attacks in cities. - Wars between differents Factions of the Games (Only NPC in thoses fictives guilds, players can choose to join some of them for get new quests / treasure / areas). Each factions gets his own abilities, they can help you for hunt pirates, collect treasure, make money, ... - Dynamics shops with the Current of Arsinoé. Prices depends of the number of avaible quantity. You can also sell / buy quests items into those new shops ;D - You can rent different kind of boat who will give you differents speed. - You can found treasures in the sea, they appears like in WindWaker, a yellow circle. - Collect treasure maps (16 differents). - Prayers to Goddess for get some bonus (Buffs / Minions / Warp / Raise) - Custom Stuff over-powered only usable in Schallmar / Arsinoé. - Humanoïd Monsters : - Many colours have been added in the text ! For an easier reading. (For sex character / Actions / Item names / Quantity / Monsters / ...) - Indications in mini maps : - Questlog always avaible, you can have access directly to a huge part of quests so it's really usefull : Yellow for Arsinoé Quests and Red for Schallmar Quests. Build Storage System This system allow users to store different Builds (only Stats) to load it in any moment, ie: If you are a Support Priest and are using a specific Build named "support", you can change it to your previous saved build named "fighter" whispering to npc:build and paying a small tax. There are a cooldown between Build changes, but you can pay a bigger tax and bypass this limitation. Briefing & Concept Hi! This day I'm ready to show one work I did for a customer and I'm just finishing these days. The Akatsuki Hideout from Naruto Shippuden. About this Map A small size map, by the idea of being a clean area but with emphasis at the main Gedo Mazo structure. Since the main attraction of this map was this huge rock structure, it was a must to make the head modeled in 3D from scratch to reach a high quality work (left: texturized, right: just the mesh) btw texturizing was made at a pretty high resolution *1024x1024* to guarantee that the big resize of the head was going to look good in game. The ambient of all this place is a cave style area. This means, rocks everywhere although I tried to give the idea of this being a reef (by adding high rock clifs plus a terrain style oriented into that). Regarding lighting this one has ambience colors among blue+green tones and kinda a lot of black presence (its a cave) Some light spheres effects with some sparks effects have presence on the fingers of this structure to represent the rings in the sketch (effects that were recolored from blue to green by me). And last, please remember this work is under progress, which means it has some minor things to be fixed yet (for ex. some black squares to be fixed yet, plus sound cave/water drops effects to be added too) Video ... watch it in HD 1080p! Screenshots P.S. I would like to know if you can see the map properly (probably some monitors have a low contrast/brightness which can represent a problem) thank you! Panoramic view 1 So here comes the first screen. This is a view I love since it is possible to see the sea plus the hands (at top view) and the head with the shadow on the models that was in purpose to be as dark as possible to increase the idea of this being a cave. The end result: Panoramic view 2 A totally different view. This ones shows a flat view which its very similar of the first screen of reference I had. Detailed view 1 This is a nice view which you can see the details of the structure I think. Panoramic view 3 Here is another angle. I don't like this one too much since at this angle there is no ambient shadow present on the way how the client renders the models, although its a nice one to see this place with more light. Browedit view Here you have a main view from browedit, which shows the main terrain structure of this cave based map. I think those screenshots are enough, as I said, this is a small map request. Btw I have noticed that more customers are aiming to ask for very specific works to be recreated rather than looking for big sized maps... which is something I like since I can focuss into very specific things. To be honest I enjoyed this work more than I expected. I know that we have a lot of big fans of naruto which I hope they will like this work to leave a comment or maybe add a suggestion. Thank you in advance. Don't hesitate to add some comments/rating about it... this really push me to improve and do better works each time. This is very hard. You have to configure every monster that summons via official script. Add event to each on of them and then trigger the event if the MVP dies/revives. Patskie's scripts works but it will give you an extra Dark Lord at prontera which is not on the official mvp summon script but will have the announce you wanted1 point

Though this shouldn't REALLY matter since, it would set the loop to 0 and end, making .@i = 0.1 point

In my opinion rAthena : fast emulation, more stable (I think), great updates , great support, great 3rd job support but new skills are NOT yet supported, awesome (I mean the best) NPC updates and always up to date. Hercules : fast emulation(faster startup), stable, great updates (with anti-WPE - packet encryption) ,great support (you can even contribute in Github), awesome 3rd job support (new skills are supported but not yet perfect), good NPC updates. 3ceAm : o.O1 point

in "src\map\map.h" find #define MAX_LEVEL 160 and change to #define MAX_LEVEL <level you want> recompile then this don't forget to recompile.1 point

After a long while since my last release.......xD anyway....i having a very very very good mood today ...so i am here to release my new script ~ haha Added New Script : Check inside each Files for updated contents. https://rathena.org/board/index.php?/files/file/2550-%7B?%7D/ this script enable player to Save the Character Data ..and enable them to switch back at any time to any Data they saved previously. Overall, a script that enable player to play multiple Job Class within 1 single characters. the idea for this script isnt too old / new ...since it's been exposed by @Peopleperson49 in his 'Split Personality' Script.
