Id you are adding custom item it should be oremsb_db2 there os no reason adding the custom item you made for teo item_db Back then for your problem try checking your group.conf for your admin or check your console for errors cause if you having Problem on custom you made tou should crashed or something means your custom item sprite is the problem

Use item ratio much easier you can set one mvp card for any percent you want And for the drop rate globaly i know there is a bunch topic how tou can set tour drop rate properly I am on my mobile so cant look after it search on it

Did your player run it as administrator? or something? since you say its working to you and to other players just one player having this issue might be in his computer or something is the guy able to play or he is stuck with that thing?
