you can try from @zackdreaver git, i found it more updated since he also update according to what he have in his translation git https://github.com/zackdreaver/rAitemDB but this only itemdb and itemcombo.. for the others thing, just use the one from rathena, for instances that doesn't support yet by rathena, you can buy it from @Emistry or from another devs that sell it

you mentioned you using amazon AWS they provide elastic ip's for vps anyways i still wana know you have done checking your client version in mmo.h?

and mmo.h? recompiled after disabling PACKET_OBFUSCATION ? may be try using your elastic ip in your client.xml instead of using dns

try disable PACKET_OBFUSCATION in src/config/core.h by commenting out #define PACKET_OBFUSCATION and recompile check your client version in mmo.h and also check your firewall, check your ports are open here is a link to check

I leave the subnet_athena.txt into default, and its working perfectly. try again ? I never open the port because it auto. maybe firewall blocking ? try leave the subnet into default value first.
