Hello all! I'd like to take a moment to explain some staff changes in the Administration that have taken place recently. First, I would like to thank Akkarin for all of the support he has given the *Athena communities over the years! Due to personal reasons, Akkarin will be stepping down from his current role as Head Administrator. He has given us great support and worked diligently to help the staff and *athena in many ways. We at rAthena will surely miss him and thank him for everything he's done. Second, I have accepted the role of Head Administrator that has opened up in the wake of Akkarin's retirement. Brian and Maki are still around as Supporting Admins to help out but I will be leading rAthena (as well as managing the day-to-day activities). I’ve always enjoyed helping rAthena and plan on continuing support as an Administrator. I plan on still having a role in developing while also being around to make sure the community is running just fine. We appreciate everyone’s support they give to rAthena and ensuring the continued life of rAthena! tl;dr Aleos (myself) is now an Administrator Maki & Brian are now Supporting Admins Akkarin has retired to Community Contributors

rAthena Community Chat Connect Now - No download or registration required 'Discordapp' is more or less your standard gaming text/voice chat application; it has the works. The difference between it and Skype, is it's clean and responsive feel. Where Skype is sluggish, Discordapp is always buttery smooth. Discordapp can be accessed from your browser with no registration or download required. The service is free and allows 1,000 concurrent users on a single server, so running out of room should never be a problem. As it is set up now, there are three text channels, General, Filipino, and Support as well as two voice channels, English and Filipino. I'm assuming he wants this to work for all mountable classes. A consumable item with atcommand "@mount" in the script would probably do the trick and would prevent the need for him to have an entire skill devoted to this.

Adding new skills isn't very hard IMO, though script based will be a lot easier.But for what class are you referring?

Adding a new skill is going to be time consuming and possibly difficult. My suggestion would be to simply make consumable item that mounts the character when used. That would take a matter of minutes, and you could simply price it for a few hundred zeny (or whatever you desire) and add it to your town tool dealer or kafra. If you don't know how to do this, I'll gladly make the script for you.

lol I expect this question. just hope Aleos 'can' handle it. tbh, I want Aleos as admin for rAthena stability for the development. He is just 'new' in admin, I'm not wishing when Aleos (or someone) becomes admin, he doesn't get the shits of previous admin. so, also try spamming Maki & Brian for your money. They are as admins are the longest period than everyone else, if they say "don't know", it must be a lie.
