It was setting up for localhost/127.0.0.1 only.. If you want replace the IP, you need to edit clientinfo.xml and rebuild the grf. the problem was on your host not on rAthena. try to upgrade your plan or switch to another host.

if you diff your client with load lua first. try to check the lua files that you needed here. http://rathena.org/board/topic/69566-lua-files-for-older-version-that-you-need-2011-12-14-below/ you can use the 2011-03-16_lua file. his client version is 2011-03-15 he should use same lua files for 2011-03. if he use the updated lua files. he got more errors.

Try to change your LUA files to updated version.

Search eAmod

Take a look at the current custom maps in the download section and perhaps you can use something from there. Otherwise you can try out some model sites such as Turbosquid to find custom models. Preferably search for 3ds models as BrowEdit only converts 3ds to rsm. If you haven't worked with 3ds models before, I recommend you check out 3ds Max tutorials on youtube and my 3ds model importing / setup tutorials as well.
