Female Hairstyle Problem! Need Help!

hi guys, i hope i post on the right section..

 

so i got problem on my server...

default female hairstyle no. 13 comes up with a exe crash(gravity error),

from the char creation menu

 

i'm currently using 20120716 exe on hercules

 

i don't know where to start looking,

it is the default RO hairstyle.. i don't think it should pop up a gravity

any idea where should i start?

Not to be rude or something, try to ask your question on Hercules forums.

 

Where should you start? Try downloading a basic renewal client and test if removing your original grf and applying the basic ones will remove the error. You might be missing that hair style sprite/palette.

like you said. it's the default RO hairstyle.

try to update your kRO? or maybe download a fresh one.

Rathena and hercules, also share issue solutions, why not helping cloanx this time? 

 

 

 

Do not Download the entire stuff, if you have issues only with that female hairstyle,

open your data folder, 

 

\data\ sprite\ Àΰ£Á·\ ¸Ó¸®Åë\ ¿©

 

check the hairstyle 13,

if it won't exist, or if is a damaged file, you should replace that for a propper, working

.spr and .act 

 

update your grf after the replace or fixing that style,and it should work

like you said. it's the default RO hairstyle.

we are using the latest kRO.. the thing is, my players are having the same problem as well.. so i don't think its the data.grf problem..

i checked and there's no problem with it.. i can see the sprite and its not damaged.

It would be better if you can catch what the error says, but you will have to re-diff your client. This could be related to not having palettes for that hairstyle.

make a new client with these too options unchecked:

-Ignore Missing File Errors

-Ignore Missing Palette Errors

 

Then you can see what the error is actually about.
