You can rotate texture with the [space] key. With H & V keys you can turn texture horizontally or vertically.

If you want to remove these models from the map, take an existing model and re-name it to the model name the map is looking for and delete the models through Brow.

Another way of altering the shadows are through Lightmap > Export/Import
You can edit shadows using an image editor, eg: Photoshop
and import the images back.

A. Have you tried this tool? Click Here It is far better than Actor 1 or 2.
B. Act00 is for the 'Idle' positions of the character. Act09 however I'm not sure about.
C. Not sure how this is done, but this might require some client editing as well.

I'm not sure where the textures are exactly located, but this is how it looks like.

The error is saying that it cant find the female version of the hat. Re-check the names, copy the file name from the male and paste to female. eg: ¿©_wtvr.spr & ³²_wtvr.spr

I just tried out converting your bmp image to a sprite and I got the same result as you mentioned. However, I re-saved the image using Paint and then tried converting into a sprite and it worked.
So try re-saving all your images again using MS Paint.

Make sure to have 'Encode' un-checked when converting your bmps into a sprite.
