Patcher: Thor Patcher

Thor patcher is veryy cool except it corupts the GRF files, original blabl.grf = 100mb after i make .thor form DATA folder and test download blabl.grf = 95mb and errors the client. any advice please

 

reduce your patch file to grf. maybe you can use

patch_file1.thor

patch_file2.thor

patch_file3.thor

patch_file4.thor

Only works for me if i patch directly the grf file wich says is not recomendated anyway.Thor have serious issues with the korean characters i belive the curruption goes from there.Some pinoy users tested my thor patcher on bad conections with up/down spikes and Thor stops responding for them when downloading.

 

Anyway is possible to update the patcher itself? i need to update with new links.

looks like the new v2.6.4.8 is bugged. after updating from 2.6.1.66 to latest version the thor didn't read the .dat file instead it reads the first line in plist. does anyone here have experience this issue?

Hey guys, I wanted to know if there's any way to change the "Speed Counter" on Thor Patcher label.

 

It says: Receiving test.thor %[ 1miB ] (Connection Speed)

 

And I wanted: Receiving test.thor %[ 300kb/500kb ] (File size)

 

I want to change to "amount received/file size" just like above.

 

Is there any way to do this?

Have anyone experience after the last patch "Start Game" and "Exit Game" buttons didnt work? Im currently using v2.6.4.5

 

Are you running the launcher as an administrator?

1.) (Every Time): Right click and 'Run as Administrator',

2.) (Permanently): Right click the Launcher Icon -> Properties -> Compatibility - Privilege Level - Check 'Run this program as an administrator'. 

I have come across the same issue with version 2.6.4.5 that whenever I rename I am unable to change any settings in properties. This is due to those settings disappearing after renaming the Thor Patcher.

This only occurs if I rename with a file name longer than 4 characters (>"Thor"), so the issue might be found there?

And asking players to always right-click their patcher is slightly inconvenient.

 

This issue also occurs when I tested with version 2.6.1.66.

Does anybody have a problem with the patch count? becuase the patch always stops at 75 count. 

 

P.S. Im currently using v2.6.4.8

BUG REPORT: when patching a file inside luafiles514 folder in a specific grf file the client shows error even if the patch is successfully executed.

Double and triple checked configs, stuck on "Attempt to connect patch server". Copying url from configs and pasting directly to the browser works. Can download manually and can read them.
 

Using 2.6.4.8

Seems like config is not being embedded or values not read. Tried adding bgm but still no sound. The file size increased tho.

Using IP address instead of my domain name made it work but the bgm is still not there tho :v hmmm

3 : Displays a Message Box
4 : Minimize window
5 : Close Patcher
6 : Makes this button as clone start button behavior
