  4. A message with "Someone logged in this ID" only shows up when someone tries to connect to a account/character that's already online. With other words, this sounds more like a hacker to me instead of a database problem. Have you asked the victims if they've given out their account information?
  5. I'm just going to spoon feed you for now. Extract the attachment I've uploaded into your "data\effect" directory. For future reference; It exactly says what file is missing... so next time find the missing file into your data.grf and patch it into the proper directory. Good luck. ring_zigzag.rar

  7. Hi JayPee. I haven't read anywhere that the links need to be changed manually.... Are you sure this could be the cause? Hi Asura, I'm unable to find a file called error_log, there however are a few files (into /cp and /cp/themes/(themename)/errors/) that have a error.php file. But when I compare them with my default/working CP, there's no difference, they both say the same. Hi Jezu. Nope, I've already checked and it's already default; the theme folder and the theme name in application.php. Thank you all for the help. Any other solution?
  8. Hi there rA, been awhile. For once I'm here to ask for some support, so if anyone could possible have a solution for this, I'll love you forever. Here's the problem: I bought a Flux CP design, which was all working perfectly on the preview website that the designer showed me. The links were working, images were present, everything was working how it should (see preview website here) After that we settled the money business and the designer sent me the files, I uploaded the modules and theme into my own CP. After uploading the files... this is how it showed up on my website: click Apparently something happened that got rid of all the images (beside the background image), all the codes, and whatsoever. It can't be the config file: The theme was saved as 'default', so I shouldn't have to adjust this. As for missing img files: This also can't be the case, I checked and all the files are right there. Does anyone know what could've went wrong, or better yet, how to fix it? Like I said, I'll love you forever.
  9. You must never enable 'cast shadow' for both lights. Try this: Name: Sun Position: -1000, 10000, -1000 color: 0, 0, 0 Intensity: 100 Range: 200000 Max. Light Inc: 256 Light Falloff: 0 Cast Shadows: Empty Name: Ambiance Position: Doesn't really matter. Just place it somewhere in the middle of the map, and pull the lightbulb up for a good bit. Color: 0, 0, 0 Intensity: 156 Range: 200000 Max. Light Inc: 256 Light Falloff: 0 Cast Shadows: Checked It's been awhile since I've done mapping, but if I remember correctly that should set a proper day light. Good luck.

  14. Thanks for the sweet comments everyone. <: Are you talking about a town or a small field/dungeon to fight monsters? Lunette is a small town and imo quite suitable as a novice town, you might want to try that.

  20. It's not a custom model. And yeah, I'm pretty disapointed as well that the shadings don't 'follow' floating/moving objects. Probably not possible with BE. >:
  21. Thanks CC. [: Yeah, got kinda distracted with that custom texture. It's the first I've ever made in Brow. xD Thanks for the feedback. I can see what you mean by town mixings, I usually do my best to avoid that but it isn't always possible. Aldebaran for example doesn't have to many house-buildings, and I didn't want to make like 10 buildings with one or two of the same model. So I thought buildings that have a similar colour would be the best alternative. >< As for the mountains; granted. But then again I used the exact mountain textures from Moscovia. So let's blame Gravity! Jk jk. ;p

Syouji, thanks for the feedback, yeah you're so right, not only that, I've also noticed that the map appeared (just slightly) bigger in-game than it was supose to be (compared to the character), probably the fault of the 8x8 textures. >; I thought if I used a bigger texture for a change, it would be done quick. Which it did, but sadly patience is the key to success. =P I as well have done a really quick update with the map; Added some fairy-like effects, changed the looptime of the waterfall, modified the water amplitude, corrected the gat tiles (just the big walkable spaces), and a few others which aren't worth mentioning. Still gotta work on the lights, specially at the north side of the map which are too dark shaded.   24. Thanks for the kind words, everyone. New map added. It's been in my bin since a year but never found the time to finish it. Today I finally found some time, so here it is. Not perfect, I know. I'm not really satisfied with the lightmaps myself... if I'll ever be bored, I'll make a more dark edition of this map, with properly setted shades and lights. Eek. I'd update the topic title but it doesn't let me edit it, lol. Nvm, got it. ;D
