Nope, u didn't diff it properly. I got no issues in 11-04 which is im using it right now. This is already a common issue and there are tons or guide how to fix ur problem.

Probably u enable the packet obusfucation. Check: src/common/mmo.h db/packet_db.txt data/clientinfo.xml I think if you set them correctly theres nothing problem. And also rAthena still can support 2011 client and 2010.

Yeah i managed to replicate the snow file its just the same i can provide a patch here (patch is completed). However, i don't have the rain effect if somebody helps me out i'll released If somebody still have an OLD Sakray GRF around 2007 or 2008. might this will help us. i remember RainRO client was around 2008 or 2007. because i played that server before so on with FeelRO they are just the same.

I don't think this will be released. but if your good in graphics you could make it since rAthena has already this source. the only thing we don't have is the effect of rain.

If you want your map to be like YUNO with a sky something u gotta hexed it with existing skymap on the client. And the tools gonna be use is XVI32 or HEX EDITOR. Example: valkyrie.rsw u can replace it with your custom map. There are tons of guide checks Syouji's Tutorial how to add Skymap. Hope it helps.
