u want this as server config? so if player attempt to use not-allowed hair-style/color, the char creation will be failed? It can be used to prevents player using 'premium' style/color. in official server, people use premium hair-style/color by using OpenKore or WPE

How about move entries from db/re/item_randomopt_db.txt to db/pre/item_randomopt_db.txt? Just tested in pre-re with 2015-11-04a, working good the option info and the bonus. See the SP on these SS -

Of course not, "the coding" is diffferent. Except if u can make it work, or ask Herc's guy who good at porting from rA to Herc. (I can't do that, Herc removed support for .sln 2010)

Depends on your emulator & client. It needs 2015 client to show the random option info on item. -
Indeed, but the quest system is not auto-complete and there's no OnObjectiveComplete-like label. So u can't force player who keep hunting for item drop to change the quest by completequest command. Maybe he want to be nice to add custom quest for newbie "Kill your first poring then get special item!", it's better than always using script, imo~

Example player's total resistance is 5000 (50%), so if it's added by 5000 (50%) from this bonus, now the total resistance is 2500 (25%). As note, bonus bResEff works with same behavior, as relative resistance rate. This thing that makes you think the bonus bResEff is buggy. bonus2 bResSC2,sc,n; This is maybe the mostly bonus you wanted. Unlike the 'relative' rate, this 'absolute' rate adds total resistance.
