You can use lower client. I think its impossible to tweak it for 2016 client.

What's your theme? Is it default or not? Check the labels on your themes account folder confirm email should be email2 if I'm not mistaken.

While for map_athena.conf
char_ip: 127.0.0.1
map_ip: WAN

Make sure you have set ingress FW to the correct ports.

One way to get it is rip off ranger's owl and rename it to sniper/hunter spritename for it.

Use iRO Client and add it rAthena by yourself. I think that's the only way.
