the port is not open because the server is not open. you must run the server first then try to make a ping on the port.

yup you can. but you must install the 3rd party program. a little bit slow low. and note you must reset your modem if you got 120.x.x.x ip until you got 180.x.x.x ip.

you must use ip updater using 3rd party program just like no-ip or dyndns.

oh a globe broadband user. sometimes dynamic ip gets 120.x.x.x which is not really stable. even you open the port. it will still remain block.

the patch is not working on the latest version. since this emulator is not supported the 2012 Ragexe clients.
