VIP System Cleanups As of d1a957e, rAthena had a few VIP configuration cleanups. List of changes: vip_exp_penalty_base_normal and vip_exp_penalty_job_normal have now been removed. Please use death_penalty_base and death_penalty_job from conf/battle/exp.conf in place of it. Battle config vip_exp_penalty_base and vip_exp_penalty_job are now defaulted at 100 instead of 1 to match other configs. Added VIP Zeny Penalty config. More stuff is planned to be adjusted and cleaned up in the future but this patch focuses on fixing some final core issues that were still in place! Thanks everyone!

Any headgear that is animated really causes champion body relocation crash, there's no fix to that. Use Disguise Event Script in custom/events/disguise.txt
