New client Rejected from Server.(3) error...

I downloaded the entire repository for the patcher and all the files. And the client. But when I run ShinsDiffPatcher the only option I get is to use the default ragnaork icon. The folder has all the other diffs, but not seem to come up. I have used this program before, but now I can't get it to work.

Thanks that one works, but what diff do I use to allow more than one window to be opened at a time?

by default...2012-04-10 should be able to open multiple window...at least my client able to open multiple window..

unless you have diff for disable multiple window...

When I try to open the client I get an error.

you need to change your mmo.h to 20120410 and recompile the server

everybody should use the same client, just update your patch!

I'm making progress... I nolonger get that error now it is just 'Rejected from Server.(3). Also any computer with my old client gets the CHARACTER_INFO size error!! now. However they can still log in though. I made my wife mad and she destroyed my computer so I bought a new on the other day and I lost every I had before. So I need to find a program that allows me to make an installer. My console has an error saying clif_parse: Disconnecting session #6 with unknown packet version.

Update your packet_db.txt, mmo.h, use compatible LUA/LUB, rediff your client, recompile your server.

My LUA files are up to date and mmo is updated. Can I update packet_db without doing a full update off all server files? Im using svn rev 16265.

your using 3ceam? no latest client is supported there yet.

packet_db.txt is default on 20120410 client.

what rev? for lua files? use lub

Sorry, I was typing on my iPod and I guess I left out the 16, but my rev is rAthena 16265. I cannot update this without getting some of the patches I have updated. I'm not sure what rev the LUA files are. I can login the client just fine and go to the character selection screen, but when I select a character and try to enter the game I get that Rejected from Server.(3) error. I need to figure what that error code actually is.

I switched to a new client 2012-04-10aRagexeRE and used ShinsDiffPatcher to patch it. When the server loads my patcher works fine and the client opens. I an login without error, but when I select a character and go into the actual game I get the message 'Rejected from Server.(3) and my client closes. My console recieves an error saying clif_parse: Disconnecting session #6 with unknown packet version. Also any computer with my old client can still login but gets the CHARACTER_INFO size error!! (which is expected). My LUA files are up to date for the new client and mmo is updated to 20120410. I'm using svn rev 16265.

I havent relearned all new client stuff yet, but if i remember your client info and packetdb needs to be set at 29 or30 and make sure your mapserver loaded properly and is accepting connections.

I'm not 100% sure what packet_db that rev 16265 uses right now, but I think it is 28. Can I take a new packet_db files and replace my old one with it? However, I don't like to experment with my server!!!
