Hackshield or Harmony ?

You can use Gravity's HackShield though. I used it when I was still running a server.. Do not tick the "Disable HShield" in diff patcher, and do not rename your EXE. Run your exe normally and hackshield files will be downloaded automatically.

You have to add checksum checks in your server to make sure your players are using the same client.

In this case you can, assuming that there are a lot of leaked SDK's of HackShield, but you need to implement HS packets on your server

Enabling/not disabling HackShield using only a diffpatcher wouldn't work. First of all, it would only block packet editors and other cheats that require the original client to be running. OpenKore would still work. X-Kore wouldn't work, but X-Kore Proxy would. And it could be simply disabled by modifying the client to remove it and then intercepting the checksum checks.

You need server-side checks.

What I did back then was use ultramage's gameprotector + hackshield.

umage's dll prevents opening of certain programs and checks the client's checksum(you can't log in-game via other programs other than your exe).

Of course, that exe has HShield enabled.

i think use RocShield it's free if u dont have a lot of money ...if u'r money enough to buy harmony..it's ok....hm...i want to sugest for everyone want to make hackshield please make scan online, (like antivirus scan online)..to minimize hex
