Venomenon Posted September 29, 2012 Posted September 29, 2012 Hello. I just want to ask if this issue is occurring only with me. I'm using 2012-04-10 client and I unchecked the "Read Data Folder First" option (I tried using sir Greenbox's dll) but when I try it ingame, it still reads the data folder files first before the grf files. Can anyone verify this? Thanks! Quote

Ai4rei Posted October 2, 2012 Posted October 2, 2012 seems like somehow it isn't working o.O I've diffed it again and still not working Was applied to packet 0x81, extended it now to cover packet 0x6A as well. Ai4rei WDGUseSSOLoginPacket.dll is this normal? the client crash after you type wrong password if you include this in your diff? I don't think it is normal, yet the diff only changes the packet being sent, as such should be unrelated. I'll test it when I get around to do that. 1 Quote

EvilPuncker Posted October 5, 2012 Posted October 5, 2012 2012-07-02aRagexeRE ____________ Edit: Updated: WDGUseRagnarokIconMade it work with recent clients. I got another suggestion while I was messing around fixing a sprite file, just noticed that I got the really same content into my ¾Ç¼¼»ç¸®/¿© and ¾Ç¼¼»ç¸®/³² folders, what about a diff that would read the files whenever they are in the ³² folder or the another one, something like the shared body/head diff, but it would work only for ¾Ç¼¼»ç¸® folder, like this: clients tries to load ¿©_example.spr from ¾Ç¼¼»ç¸®/¿© so if the file is there, fine, otherwise it would look for the same file name, except the ¿©, into the ³² folder, hope you got what I'm trying to suggest, and the purpose of this diff in my mind is to cut custom items size (in my case I would economize 18mb, since I got 18 mb of files into each folder) Quote
Ai4rei Posted October 5, 2012 Posted October 5, 2012 I'll see what can be done about it. While I personally do not like that "if it's not there, try the other", but I get your point. I'd probably go the "if it's not in 악세사리/<gender> try 악세사리/ instead" way, then. 1 Quote
