Her palettes scripts has custom hash to access the required palette numbers which is I think unique for every clients. for example:
Item ID# 2286 - Elven Ears
if you equip it your skin color will change for example color violet but if you change your cloth color it will remain the skin color violet.
Hope it is possible...
