  1. uhmm I think I'll sell it (for a reasonable price). But I have a more basic version of this, where the middle area is exactly the same. I'm thinking if I could share that, but I'm still not sure.
  2. Hi! Some months ago, I was working on a map that someone commissioned. They weren't very clear if the map had to have a classical theme or a nordic theme because they wanted something nordic and valkyries, but also a colosseum, so I decided for a slightly mixed aesthetics, but as I progressed it ended up looking more classical. However, when it was really close to completion, the commissioner poofed forever, so I was left with the almost complete map. But now I've decided to complete it and make it better, and maybe even make 2 extra versions of it that I have in mind. The current design consists of this: A "Gate of Life" to the south (where the "gladiators" enter into the scene), green GAT on the stairs separate from the middle for the public (although they wouldn't be able to see others fighting in the middle because of the distance), and a Goddess blessing the winner to the front, giving a sacred reward or maybe even ascending to the realm of the gods (ahah I think that in a way you could almost interpret it as a ritual battle like the Aztec ones ^^; ). However, in the new version it will have more flags, a place for the king/queen or empress/emperor to sit down under the goddess's statue, and I figured out how to make a "devastated" version of this map as well. I think I'll also rename it to Colosseum, or Amphitheatron. Here are some previews of the current map still without changes What do you think of this map as it looks now?   3. Hi! I think that the bmp error is simply the minimap missing. Here is an example of my custom grf structure: If you use Map Cache, are you adding them with the Grf Button? You should make a new GRF and avoid using the "+File" Button, use the "Grf..." one instead. For a new grf, you can base it on my folder above ;3 then add it to DATA.INI in this manner (example): If I'm correct, I think you should never anything to rdata.grf, and nothing to data.grf that isn't official. Also, you may be having a glitch with the graphic cards. In the Setup, avoid using "DirectX" options, and choose your graphic card instead. I think that's it x3

  8. First, I'm very sorry for the late reply! Thank you so much, you've helped me a lot! ; w ; I needed to confirm that it was a problem with those video cards. The problem disappears when Direct3D options are avoided ^^
  9. Ooohhh! You're right, I was just mistakenly only adding the "gat" from the map that I put in my "data" folder. But if I include my custom grf file that has my map (the 3 files that you mention in the "data" folder of my grf) and all my other custom stuff, it works correctly! THANK YOU SO MUCH! EDIT: OH! And as I thought, the function of the Yellow GAT is to let you make Holy Water at any level outside of water. This will also be quite useful for my maps and my next project, so something good came out from all this overlooking x3 (And yes, I think I and many others have overlooked adding the grf itself ^^; However, does this work if you use the plugin that comes with the client instead of weemapcache? Also, I wonder if this may have had anything to do with this strange graphic bug that I had o.o I could solve this by choosing my graphics cad insteaf of "Direct X" in the ro server setup, but other people entering my map have been seeing this problem in my map and didn't know how to solve it... is it possible that not adding the GRF properly may have caused this?)
  10. Oh! But I still want certain cells to let you make Holy Water, since my map has rivers, lakes, and so on. I think this would eliminate any possibility for this, am I right?
  11. Hii! Is there any way to change one type of GAT to another one without having to change the whole map? Like when you change a texture. Or does someone have a Browedit 2 plugin for this task? It will take me years to change it all from green to light blue (to avoid making Holy Water anywhere), since this map of mine has thousand of trees and carefully placed objects with "snipable GAT", and it's already taken me a very long time to change 1/8 fo the map from green to light blue >.> Someone suggested me to change the map's height so that Holy Water can only be made in the actual water level, but no matter what height I put the water on (I've tried -20, 14, 10, 0, 15, 20...), and no matter the terrain and gat level, everywhere with green gat still lets you make Holy Water anywhere. Unless there's another solution for this :3 Thanks in advance! Edit: Adding the GRF and not just the GAT to the map cache solves this problem!

  14. Now, if only I can fix this graphics glitch, it'd be perfect ><; I really need urgent help on this matter. UPDATE: The graphics bug has mysteriously vanished one more time... No matter if I enable or disable "Trilinear", it's gone. Maybe it's just my graphics card (Nvidia 750ti), or something else O.o UPDATE 2: I've managed to solve this problem for myself. Below I'll paste everything that I did, which is also on my Graphics Support topic, since I've just heard this is a common problem among RO mappers ><;
  15. Hi! Recently I uploaded my first map to Rathena! But I have a problem. Whenever I rotate the camera, endless graphic glitches appear randomly in front of the screen, sometimes only allowing me to see my health bar. The graphic glitches can be either ground textures or distorted "lines", as you can see here: It's the same bug as in: https://rathena.org/board/topic/108280-help-map-problem/ I'll provide as much information as I can. Map details: - I started working on ama_fild01, since it already had most of the textures that I wanted. I simply cleaned everything except for the terrain, which was eventually almost completely replaced, even if I used almost the same set of textures the map already had. - It's a 200x200 map. - I'm not sure when the bug started. When I started making the map and I tested it, it was working fine (although I started working on it on another computer). I also started working on it in Browedit 620, but I eventually moved to 586. - It appeared before any lightmap was made, but for some reason, it was termporarily fixed right after applying the lightmaps (only to appear again at a random time recently). - Graphic Glitch also happens in the computers of friends who have tested it. - When I disable "Trilinear", it get fixed (but I have to disable it in \beginner eathena V4\data\OptionInfo.lua , Trilinear = 0 , since disabling it in game doesn't seem to work). But for some reason, Trilinear activates itself and goes back to "1" after a while. - It was temporarily fixed in a friend's server, but recently the problem appeared again. We're not sure what's the cause, but apparently updating the client version has something to do with it. - I can't copy and paste the map on a new one to see if it still happens, since Browedit (586 or 620) crashes upon attempting it, and the size is already the biggest one (200x200). - I have an nVidia 750ti graphics card. Is it possible this isn't map related, but graphics card related? Maybe related: I'm not sure if this has any relationship to it (if it doesn't, it doesn't matter x3). This happens when "lights" are on in Browedit, and I try to apply the green field texture on this side of the map. When I apply it anywhere else on the border it's black, it's black, except for this part with the shape of an "L" on the border, that has "rainbow" colors when a texture is applied on it. Upon disabling "lights", the "effect" disappears. It doesn't seem to change by remaking the lightmaps. Thank you so much i advance for any kind of help! It'd be much appreciated, since I worked on this map for hundreds of hours. UPDATE For some reason, the graphic glitch is gone, with "trilinear" either disabled or enabled... Just in case I restarted the computer, and tested it again, but it's still working fine. I'm not sure what triggered it earlier, but after testing it a lot, everything is functioning perfectly o.o; I haven't done any change to the map, though... simply disabled "trilinear", and having it enabled or disabled now doesn't make the glitch appear. Still, I'd like to know exactly what causes this, since I'd really like to use and offer this map, and I'm afraid it may cause nuissances on those who may use it on their servers. UPDATE 2 Forget about trilinear on/off... it wasn't that, the map even looks better when the option is on. What I did was: Apparently, I got confused because Opensetup and Setup were conflicting with one another. But I have the problem 100% solved when I choose my graphics card (it worked only after deleting Setup.exe). 1. Download Opensetup.exe 2. Delete Setup.exe. 3. Choose your graphics card over Direct3D options. 4. Just in case, save the same options as both "REG" and "LUA" (the lower left icons). 5. Apply! I'll keep testing this, but apparently everything is perfect so far!

And yeh, it took a long time to finish and when I found out how to do something new, I wanted to go back and improve what I had done.   19. Hii! This is a map I finally finished recently, after months of working on it. It's also the very first map that I've made. As the title says, it's based on the Hakurei Shrine from Touhou! Although with some variations to make it even more explorable! It has several custom retextured objects, as well as many places to explore! Specially thought for romantic or relaxing purposes ^^ It has a touristic area, an Onsen or Thermal Open Bath, and much more! (As you can see in the previews. Video Showcase Image Previews ☆○o 。NEW 。o○☆ A revisited version was made and by April 23rd of 2019, the changes are: Even more ground color was added and fixed, and a new version of the map was made, with fallen petals around the sakura trees.
