actually setting it high can cause lag and bad performance for the game, setting it to low can make gameplay more smoother, for example setting the client in realtime it will devote all processes to the client but, it will cause your computer to "slow" down as well. So it reverts to low

to read from data folder you have to make a .bat file with notepad start 2012-04-10aRagexeRE_J.exe.patched 1sak1 /account:sci.xml replace "2012-04-10aRagexeRE_J.exe.patched" with your clientname, and change clientinfo.xml in the data folder to sci.xml about the setup, make sure you delete any reference to setup, and use the one with the blue ghostring and with the settings I told you, if that doesn't work, I suspect it's a permission error
