some advise for your script improvement... the script itself look very long due to the repeating part.... how about save the colour hex code into an Array ... and a simple can help you store about 127 colour,.... ( then you can create 127 colour announe xD )

the FTP software you used to connect should be able to help you resume the download / upload of the files after it is reconnected. from my experience... i am using the WinSCP.. all my work are still resumeable after i get disconnected from the host sometimes. it will still load continue upload / download it from my host or to my host after the connection is back. but...in your case..since you didnt do any backup...i dont think there is a way to recover it. you have to redo everything if you made alot changes into ur files.. or just download a new + clean files if it's not changes alot.
