You can clone mob from the KRO files by removing the sound with Act Editor
Search mob with GRF Editor (data/sprite/npc):
then extract it from GRF Editor and open Act Editor:
You need search 'Frame Sound' frame per frame and edit to None
so you will able to put that mob as npc witout sound.
remember change the NPC name and implement as new npc on your server.
