wrong version in clientinfo.xml

I'm using version 36. 2013-05-22Ragexe.exe

you got error with packet 0x0e3c

and the packet use by ragexe 05 22 13 is

0x08A9,19,wanttoconnection,2:6:10:14:18

So you choose the wrong exe

You have to follow the tuto from the 1st post

Download the ragexe from 2013 05 06 (last one)

DOwnload the diff file from this date and patch the ragexe with the patcher and the diff file

Problems with .lub / lua files. When in the data are. Lua files, NPCs are present. And when I rename to. Lub they disappear. In addition to all this, I can `t go and write to the chat.

I think you did a mistake in your lub files, suggest you to delete your luafiles514 and move from the svn again

For the optioninfo.lua, we talk about it few post ago, i suggest you to look that.

Hi there,

i have a problem with my diffed exe

i diffed a lot of exe files along the years but realy cant get this to work

When i start the exe there is no lua error but after i choose my server and want to enter the login screen it crashes / close without any error - like you only close it

loginserver isnt telling me anything - becouse it crashes before login

I attached a screen where you can see it works, after i click on okay it closes

- i diffed 2013-06-05Ragexe with correct diff

- i used latest lua files and renamed all to lub in data and system folder

- i have patched rag and sak to latest files 2013

- i still using my old ddl files i used in 2012 (could it be the problem?)

- already copied the HShield folder again to see if its it

- allready tried a diffed exe of another post (or maybe this) and also same problem)

- iam not using a launcher yet i just launhced via .lnk file

Thanks for replay!

So here is my char server (left) and mapserver (right) after the client crashed nothing happend because it isnt let me going to the login window where i can enter my nick and my password so it stops working before

Got it to work, you posted a new launcher that works how it should...

Hmmm is it realy neccessary and why it is? Dont get me wrong i am just wondering ^^ i never needed a launcher before...

is it someday possible to use ragexe without launcher again?

About the case of Pe4eHbkA, I downloaded the client translation repository thru tortoise, and used it in my data folder (renamed all *.lua to *.lub) and yet the error still appear on quest.

use the 2013 folder their inside the quest folder if you are using 2013 or delete the files which is error occuring
