After speaking to Borf about multi-language support, this is completely possible. How languages will work will be explained later on once the editor is complete. This will be more of an end feature.

thanks for ur reply.

and I really can not wait for the completion of BE2.0!! /no1

This indeed looks really awesome. I was thinking about learning how to map for quite a while now but after seeing this, I guess, I will wait until BrowEdit 2.0 is released. Keep up the good work!

Kyo, BrowEdit 2.0 won't be out for quite sometime (complete version). BrowEdit 586 or 620 is perfectly capable of creating great maps. So if you get experience using the program now, it will be very easy for you to adapt to BrowEdit 2.0. Its your choice of course.

First off, sorry for the late reply. Do you already have any idea about when you guys going to release it? Will the use of BrowEdit 2.0 distinguish a lot from the current version? If not I surely could start with the current version to get used to it, I am sure your tuturials will be a great help. Thanks for providing them by the way.

There is not ETA at the moment. It's hard to predict when it will be complete. The design system is changing however I wouldn't make that a reason to not use BrowEdit. It is your choice in the end.

The UI for version 2.0 looks extremely better than the first.. gosh I even love it and I'm not even a mapper D:! The UI in the first version really sucked sucks >.> Thats why I don't even bother using it still D:

Nice, last change was at 2012-08-27, 11:13:14. Hmm does the requirement only for Java & Open GL programmers?

What about the UI, what language does it use?

Everything is coded in Java. Borf is mainly looking for those who know Java.
