After creating a Voting Site, it still doesn't appear for the users to vote, only "No Voting Sites". I imported the 3 sql-files to the main rathena database, and when I add a new voting site, it adds to the "cp_v4p_sites" as well. But still "No Voting Sites"... Add your Sites in your database, not over your CP. The way works fine for me. The addon is nice and thx for share. 1.) Router restart and you can vote with a second Account, next restart vote with a third account and so on. 2.) Dont need to vote, click on "Vote now" than you become the points.
