Just copy the one from the translated questinfo from zackdreavers translation to the new questinfolist in your system files.
to use a 2018 clients properly, you will have to change a lot of things.

Copy OngoingQuestInfoList from Zackdeaver to System Folder ?

You need to copy it 1 by 1 though since the structure is different. just add the quest id's you need. well if you dont want the hassle better downgrade the client
