For what? Hmm, for having actual based on server navigation system. PRE-RE servers, for example, can't even have any navigation system without manual edits (which is impossible to do to be clear). With renewal servers a little bit better situation, but only if you are using clean rAthena or follow official way. I like the idea, even though I'd personally do a script for that which would auto-generate those files for rathena (like the sql-file generation) .
