Cannot write mail

I just found out that on my test server that I cannot write mail and found a solution by changing langtype from 0 to 18.

 

Is there any other way to enable write mail while not changing langtype 0? Since I wanted my langtype to stay 0 bc i've read that changing langtype will affect other things in server and I don't want to stress it out if other things are changed only bc I wanted to enable write mail.

use NEMO patcher and diff your client to enable mail in other langtype.

No, mailbox is replaced with RODEX on 2015 clients.
