Yes, you need to make a new one. there is no way you can patch with thor or any other patcher(correct me if im wrong) if you don't want to change it to 0x200.

your grf version must be 0x200. try making a new grf. use GRF factory.

there is no such thing as bug free stuffs. you need to test out a client and find its bug and report it here and hope that someone could help you fix it or you could just fix it yourself. or you could just try out basic rathena client. good luck

you can edit those two "NO MSG" inside msgstringtable line 2051 and 2052 uhm excuse me sir, can you please attach your msgstringtable.txt i've tried to edit it but same result "NO MSG".

They will experience problem of course. The solution is to patch the data folder in your GRF, and make a client that reads GRF first.
