Data.grf and rdata.grf should be the base requirements you have, whether you have miruku/ragray/ or a normal kro installation.
Data folder is the clientside that helps translate things and give support to your client
usually that's normal I believe, sometimes when rathena gets updated the offsets of where the patches should go are changed. If that happens manually patching those lines would be the best way to do it
It seems you don't have a valid data folder, since most of your buttons are not translated.

place it into your diff patch dll files
then you should be able to patch in skip packet obserfurcation
hmm I would think ports is something wrong with it. If you commented all those char and map ips // and used localhost in the clientinfo that should work for you if you're hosting it on your own ip. If that works it someone with the wan ip
not exactly, you would need to make some more changes. I think rytech was planning to have a patch for users to migrate. Not sure if that is still then plan though
