As i see things around, other server owners is thinking something like "I want to make a server because the current server i'm playing in sucks!" and other owners thinks "I want to make a server because i have my own idea." "because being a GM is awesome!" "because i can make money while playing." "because i can have instant items and play using legit account." "for fun." Everyone has their own personal motives, and i rarely see a server that concentrating on the player's pleasure or desire or somewhat you can call "ENJOYMENT". Seriously.

Yes im using Notepad++ I've downloaded the latest revision here. https://github.com/rathena/rathena Then when I open some conf file they're all messed up just like that. right-click the file and then choose "Edit with Notepad++"

Budget goes around 99$ - 150$ That's too low but it can manage if you really know what you're doing. I suggest to make your budget higher than that maybe $500 or something. 300$ is enough for a starter (for a Unmanaged DDoS Protected DS) else 150$ is enough for a unmanaged DS(no protection by datacenter) P.S: Above quote is for starters, as you grow, you would need additional DS, for accumulating customers. hmmm 300$ ok that's rough but we can always look for a way to gain that high hahaha yeah if you're a rich kid
