  1. Official does not even shows you the vending window if you're in the range of an NPC and throws a message in the chatlog. Further you're unable to move while having the vending window open. Tested with the Buying Store item, but vending should be similar.
  2. That's probably not how it should be, but it's still useful if you don't want to count the cells - just use Vending, press cancel and see if you're already out of the restricted area.

  4. I can confirm this behavior with Chrome, it looks like it has problems with memory leeks. I also tested it with Opera and Firefox and with those two it's working fine.
  5. You can't include the image like that, because (as you already noticed) directly insert the image data, not the image itself. You have to put the code that generates the image in a separate file (let's say emblem.php) and include that file with image tags in your other html code. The only output for the emblem.php file will be the ImagePNG($img) call (so no echo or print calls). Example: <img src="emblem.php?guild_id=123">
  6. You have to add respective entries for the sprite in the accessoryid.lua and accname.lua (both in data/lua files/datainfo/) files, and add the view id you set in accessoryid.lua to your item in your item_db.

  10. Since there needs to be a way to revoke the ability to use the command for certain groups (in case it is inherited by a group) there would most likely be a more complex structure than just a group list.

This topic never intended to do this, but I think we are all in for this suggestion if anybody can provide a way to do this because at the momemt the GM levels are saved in login db which is account specific. For that purpose there would be another table needed to specify which account/character/guild should be aligned to which group. The only problem would be the compatibility to the Control Panels and stuff.

  16. You don't have to look at the jRO ftp server, but at the kRO ftp server ( ftp://ragnarok.nowcdn.co.kr:20021/ ).
  17. I doubt they are only temporary, as you're unable to post there, which would be contrary to the argument that they are there for the time IP.Downloads is not ready yet. I guess they'll be used for discussion topics of the respective downloads. Also there's still the possibility to hide the whole Downloads category from the forum index ().
  18. The IPs are fine in general. 192.168.*.* is the lan ip and 68.54.185.205 the wan ip. It seems you want to run the server from your local machine, so I'd suggest to make sure all ports (6900, 5121, 6121) get forwarded and are not blocked by your firewall/router/whatever. This is necessary (even if you want to connect from the same machine) because you aim to connect to the server with an external connection. If you just want to run the server locally (meaning noone else from anywhere except your local network should connect to your server) you could just replace your wan ip with the lan ip and it'll work fine.

  20. When I was doing my post, the smokies still had their normal sprite as placeholders. Besides of the 3 new NPCs @Haziel posted, there were also 16 more placeholders for new NPCs added today.
  21. #6561 is "Chunk of Dirt" or "Dust Mass" or something like that and #19543 is "Oliver Wolf Hood" so it's a wolf and no cat. But I guess it's looking like a cat, because they just edited the Moonlight Flower Hat sprite.

  23. There aren't any new lub files yet, but they patched an Excel sheet and another file including some battleground data.
  24. Both items are working fine for me (using a 2-3 months old eA rev. with the latest rA item_db entries). What happens exactly? I mean, is the item consumed, but no mercenary is spawned or isn't the item consumed at all? When looking at the default mob_db file, I guess it just doesn't spawn the mercenary as both Valkyries are still commented out and therefore aren't loaded.
