Nothing happens after clicking LOKI launcher

okay its my 2nd week( coz i have a work) trying to create offline server using the tutorial topic which is posted in client side forum( and people seldome reply there so i decided to post here, sorry if i posted on the wrong forum )...so i followed all the step but when i launch the Loki.exe and put the password of default username melo01, then nothing happens...no pop up of ragnarok exe, nor login screen...please help...

start the setup.exe thing. get the blueghostsetup.exe that's for 2013 clients. search on my posts. I've posted it for thousand times

Loki launcher has something to do with the notepad. You have to edit it.

Maybe sometimes your client problem..
