2014 Ragexe.exe Client packet_db.txt

hooooooooo! i giveup, i tried everything but it doesnt work, evrytime i follow steps theres always a new error appearing on my  console, maybe i should w8 for the rathena until they already support this 2014 clients... i already change my packet version, i already change my packet_db and put the unknown packet into it just like u said, i encounter increase max_packet_db and i dont know what to it says "0x0700" something like that..unknown packet bla bla bla... if only sir themon put some step by step guide using fresh and clean rathena... so he can monitor the errors that will appear :<

Sir what version of lua files are needed for this client to work? Can you please provide a link. Thank You.

first i download fresh rathena from github

then go edit mmo.h  define packetver 20140305

then edit clif.h MAX_PACKET_VER 47

then added new 2014 packet data in packet_db.txt

then edit clientinfo.xml <version>47<version>

then i diff 2014-03-05bRagexe.exe using nemo patcher

sir themon did u try ur step by step instructions? i already done that but it doesnt work ill try to try this with a newer fresh rathena.. cause right now im using 12106

Yes. Tried before. My rathena is fresh copy because before. I only use hercules.

YESSSS ...

 

use latest translation (use forum search feature or google) 

download it and overwrite some files inside data folder (inside grf you need unpack it and repack it again) and also system folder on your kRO for item description, and when diff your client using nemo dont forget to tick load custom iteminfo.lua before lub (put path where your custom iteminfo.lua located (usually people put it on folder system in their kRO client )

i have a problem. the problem is with reins of moutn and @mount2 command, when you try to mount u get a error, thee sprite error is this \data\sprite\Àΰ£Á·\¸öÅë\³²\¿ÁÅä¹öÆнºÆ®_³².act and spr  i looked up for this file in updated folders and couldnt find it, also i looked with xvi32 and i could see that in 2013-08-07 the exe doesnt read this file, but it read on 2013-12-23 and newer exes for any mount. any idea how to solve or how to make to the exe doesnt read this file?

hello bro , i want to ask about update the GRF

so i just del my old xxx.grf , data , system , then i replace the latest into my kRO

then i use grf builder to build the data .

am i correct ?

I believe when you unpack you can add the new stuff and repack it back as the new grf sorry bit early and not thinking

if you using nemo when you start to diff the client you should mark 'load costum lua file instead of iteminfo.lub' and dont forget fill 'system/iteminfo.lua' not 'system/iteminfo.lub'
