make sure you have the proper data files, and you have diffed you client properly.

did you make your own grf? data files? make sure they are in the right patch "data\*.*". Are there no error  message?

Does it crash or do not open at all? why are you using 2010-07-30 anyways? Its kinda old.

what are your steps to make your client sometimes the client is not fixed or old 

 

I recommend you to use this Post by judas this client is the one im using now. try to catch up to the newer updates the 2010 client is obselete
