Use ResHacker if you want to modify resources.

• Menu "Action" -> "Add a new resource..."
• Button "Open file with new resource" -> select your background bitmap (.bmp)
• Field "Resource Type" should turn into BITMAP.
• Field "Resource Name": Enter BGSKIN
• Field "Resource Language": Enter 0
• Button "Add Resource"
• Menu "File" -> "Save"

it works hehehe but not the BTNCLOSE .  I tried BTNCANCEL not working also.  And also sir, most of my players anti-virus delete the launcher   is there anyway also to prevent this?

I cannot do anything against people installing a malicious anti-virus on their computers. There is no virus or something like that in ROCred (well maybe the /embed functionality might be the cause).

Updated to 1.9.1, removed /embed functionality, as the API functions used for that are flagged as "uncommon", "potentially dangerous" and "hacktool" by the anti-virus heuristics causing false-positives. You can still embed config with ResourceHacker.

hi Ai4rei, thank you for the update, i did tried 1.9.1 and use ResourceHacker to embed confi and bmp's.  But AVAST still detect the file as malicious.  Can you check on that sir?

Thanks for the amazing tool! Is there anyway to make different buttons for different clients? For example, I have 3 different clients, I'd like to make 3 start buttons, one for each client on the same tool, is that possible?

Hi Airei, one doubt... i am using a client that works 2015-11-04aRagexe ( i can enter into my game and play without problems)

Now i delete "Restore Login Window" patch, i have downloaded the rocred binary.

I have modified the rocred.ini with this:

Now when i put the user and password in rocred window .. i was debugging the code with visual studio and i see this:

From your config, the userid should be the user name (it's passed as plaintext to the client) and the password should be mac=112233445566&key=password (also plaintext).

Rather than encrypted it seems that your userid is just uninitialized buffer (junk bytes). Also it strikes me as odd, that your password is md5, even though your config says otherwise.

Some software use that, even on steam, you can save your password.
It will save a lot fo time for me who try a lots of script on my RO, and need to launch it a lot.

Updated to 1.10.0, with the following changes:

• Added support for ActionType 4, Run As Client (suggested by @Guih). Allows to run different clients with custom buttons, such as RAG+SAK.
• Added support for ActionType 5, Minimize (suggested by @rakuzas).
• Added support for saving password in addition to the username (suggested by @Lady Raga). This works only on Windows XP and newer (Credential Manager*). You have to configure ConfigID and CheckSavePassword settings to enable it.
• Removed 'Replay' button. The custom buttons provide all functionality to replicate it.

* If you use the credential manager control panel (Windows Vista and newer) to change the password, the associated username will get lost, thus the credential will no longer be recognized. Also note, that the password is available to any application that requests it through the API.
