Can't create an account

Can anyone help me with this. I can't create an account using _M / _F.

Aha, yeah i got this kind of issue, i just create my char via MySQL, because i can't creat using _M and _F and also it pop-up in my logserv-sql. as stated above in the picture.

BTW, how to fix kind of issue?

disable the MD5 if you are not using it.

remove this...

<passwordencrypt />

<passwordencrypt2 />
