The project is already done since long time back and you can enable it in the client with the "Use Custom 3D Mobs" patch in NEMO.

If you are facing any issues with the patch, then tell me which client date and what issue you are facing.

I guess the "Encoding" in the second line of Texture List should be "Bink texture format (0)"

You have to change it when you exporting your model into gr2 file.

The tutorial video did show that clearly. You can watch it again.

I used bink 0 1 .... each do not work, is not the actorX plugin version too high? I see the video is 1.26 but has been unable to download
do you have?
